Lost On Ice

{Yumi's P.O.V}

It's seems like I'm lost. I'm sure the ship came in this direction. The thing is why is everything surround by ice and it's moving on its own. Could the ice be alive?

I see figure in the distance. I squint my eyes and it appears to be Zoro what a coincidence. He spots me and walks over to where I am, "You don't happen to know where my crew is do you?"

"Nope, in fact I'm lost and can't find my crew too. I'm sure I blew them this way. Did they head back to the base?" I tell him while questioning myself.

"Did they know you were on the ship?" Zoro asks me curiously. I freeze-I was in plain sight how could they not have seen me? If they did knew I was there they would've took me back to my uncle.

"N-No I don't think they knew..." I say sadly, I feel a hand on my shoulder. I look up and Zoro is smiling at me.

"I do owe you two things so I'll promise that once we get out of here we'll drop you off at the nearest island with a marine faculty." Zoro says smirking.

"Thanks." I smile while pulling him into a hug. I look up and I can see him looking away blushing, he can actually be cute?

I pull away and we start wandering around the icebergs. This snow is really hard to see through.

Crack!

I begin to fall, oh crap! I try to use my wind powers but I can't control it in this weather, "Yumi!" Zoro yells, I feel his hand pulling me up. Once I'm up we both fall over.

"Um, thanks." I say as I quickly get off of him. A faint blush appears on my face.

"Don't mention it." Zoro says avoiding eye contact. I help him up and we continue our mission for their ship. The weather begins to change as we walk.

"Is it just me or has it gotten really hot?" I say sitting down in exhaustion. I look up and Zoro has no shirt on.

"It has."

"Where's your shirt?!" I shout at him, he then notices and looks around for his shirt. Once he finds it he begins to wring it out. What's up with this guy.

Bam!

Someone comes flying at us, I recognize his face once I get a closer look, it's Luffy. Another person comes following him. Luffy quickly rolls to the left dodging the man. Are they fighting?

"Y-Yumi! Have you've been captured by these pirates?! I'll finish this one quickly, then I'll take him on. Don't you worry you'll be safe soon!" The guy starts bickering, is he a bounty hunter?

Every bounty hunter knows my name because of my uncle's reputation. So they treat me with respect to have me put in a good word for them. It's really pathetic counting on me to make you rich.

I grab his arm even though he's burning hot. I feel the what melting my skin burning through my flesh quickly. He looks at me with surprise, "There'll be no need to."

"Why?! There criminals! You've always had a soft side for the people who are doing the wrong. I can't even believe you're a marine! Who would raise such an unfortunate person?!" He starts yelling at me angrily. I lower my head and my eyes get darker.

"How about you insult me, when you actually have a right too!" With that I send him flying into the icy waters burning and wiping him outs. I run over to Luffy, "Sorry I interrupted your fight, but I hate it when people insult my parents."

"It's fine! I'll beat that bastard if he attacks us again-or atleast when he's conscious." Luffy says smiling. Luffy tries to stand up but he's too worn out.

Zoro picks him up and we all start looking for the ship. Two down, six members to go! The snow storm has stopped and is clear enough for me to use my powers.

I draw the wind in and a ball of wind is in front of Zoro, "Put Luffy on it, it'll be easier."

Zoro nods and places Luffy on the ball and we begin walking, "I have a question how do you control that without even looking or paying attention to it? Also don't you run out of energy?"

"I never run out of energy, it may tire some people out but I've trained to learn how to keep my energy up in fights or if I'm just using it for help." I start explaining, "I can control it because the wind follows me. Kind of like someone who brings bad fortune. It's like a pet you also could say."

"That's interesting and if you didn't get it from a devil fruit, how'd you get these powers?" Zoro questions me once more. He really likes asking questions.

"I earned them, or atleast that's what you can say. One day they just came to me. I had to get some help from my elders to learn to control it. At first I was a complete mess! And it doesn't matter if the power is powerful the user has to do all that by theirselves." I begin walking backwards as I talk to him, "I never wanted to be a marine but ever since my parents became the most well-known marines I had to."

"That must suck." Zoro says stretching out his arms. I nod in agreement, "So is that why you help pirates, for payback.

"No I don't do it because of that. I love my parents but even though I hate them forcing their own expectation on me. I do it because I want to." I tell Zoro, he seems to get more interested with my life by the second.

"Why don't you join my crew then?" I stop dead in my tracks. We both look at Luffy. Wait, what did he say?!
