Live Forever by The Band Perry.
I was dreaming of war
So that I wouldn't die
Was dreaming of shores
That my ship would fine
I was dreaming because
It makes me feel so alive
Was dreaming it all
From my bed last night......
It is lunch and Grace and Faye are sitting beside each other with a half eaten apple gripped tightly in their hand. It was after a long literature class that they managed to get out for recess. Now, both of them are sitting in silence and devouring the crunchy and juicy red apple.
"Why do I always seem to annoy you?" Faye asked out blue, breaking the silence while looking at Grace for an explanation.
"I'm always annoy with everyone, Faye."Grace stated.
"But I don't tolerate them. You're an exception." Grace continued."Should I be happy hearing that?" Faye asked.
"Terrifically." Grace confirmed.
"Great. I'm the luckiest person on the earth." She exclaimed with fake enthutiasm. Grace rolled her eyes then ignored her until Faye gave up and started to ask questions. Faye can't stand being in a quiet atmosphere.
"So. How the Chemistry studying going?" She asked, looking Grace straight in the eyes for a moment before biting her apple. Grace never like eye contact. It makes her wants to turn away.
"Good, good." Grace answered.
"Well. It's almost summer break. Friendly reminder, almost exam too. So do you think you could kill it?"
"Killing is what I do best."
"Grace, that sound so wrong. It's like you're an assasin or you got a deadpool stuck under your pillow, waiting to be crossed."
"You're exaggrating as usual. If passing is what you meant, pretty sure I could do it." Grace said, full of confidence.
"If that what you said. Though I think we should see the results later."
"Don't you trust me?" Grace asked, pretending to be hurt by Faye's words.
"Well..." She doubted. Grace rolled her eyes in annoyance. Rude.
"How come you're not the one teaching me anyway?" Grace asked, a little bit unsatisfied with her doubt for her.
"Grace, we're both suck at Chemistry. If I teach you, it would be like a blind leading a blind." She answered, making a are-you-in-your-right-mind face.
"You have a point."
"Of course I have a point. I always do." She replied with confidence and a little bit arrogant, making Grace slightly annoyed.
"Don't get too high and mighty. People might run away from you." Grace advised Faye who is chewing her apple.
"How would you know that?" Faye asked, with her right hand holding the almost finished apple.
"I always know, Faye." Grace said, mocking her previous statement.
"You sound a lot like you know, the bearded old man. What's his name?" Faye asked while trying to remember.
"Who? Gandalf The Grey? Dude, that is so wrong. He is an old man with beard." Grace argued, slapping Faye's arm in the process.
She immediately responded by accidentally throwing her apple to her left. The apple flew up, passing some students head before landing on the other side of...Alec's face. His head immediately turned right. His cheek seems wet from the apple's juice mix with Faye's saliva.
