CHAPTER 3 “THE PARTY”
Danalee’s p.o.v.
“Let’s go get dressed and where going to that party, can’t you hear the music playing it’s calling our names.” Jasper said.
“No, I can’t just go without me.” Danalee said.
“Nope negative, Noah invited you not me so get up.”
“Fine, but I’m only staying a few minutes I have things to do.”
“Like what?”
“Things Jasper”
“Liar! Meet you down stairs.” She said. I put on a v neck, my favorite pair of jeans, and my chuck taylors. When we got there some guys where brining the keg inside.
“To the right guys” said a male voice, In front of us.
“Hey it’s you, Danalee right?” Said Noah
“Umm yeh this is my friend Jasper.”
“Nice to meet you Jasper”
“Hi” Jasper said.
“You guys want anything to drink?”
“Sure” answered Jasper.
“Be back.” Noah said leaving us and coming back with two cups.
“Thanks” we both said. I’m not a drinker, but I didn’t want to embarrass myself so it’s time to try something new.
“See you guys later.” He said before he walked off to go greet some girls who had just arrived.
“Let’s dance Danalee.” Jasper said.
“You want me to embarrass myself?”
“Don’t act stupid with me you’re a good dancer.”
“Sure if you say so.” We started to dance to a couple of songs.
“Hey do you mind if I leave tony is going to pick me up now.”
“No I don’t mind, I’ma head home to.”
“Nah just stay and chill.”
“Nah I think I can catch a little bit of my show.”
“Alright” said Jasper. As we were about to leave someone grabs my shoulder.
“Hey Danalee your going to leave without dancing with me?” Noah said.
“Umm I guess so.”
“Nope, c’mon let’s dance. Do you mind if I borrow her?” Noah asked jasper.
“She’s all yours.” Jasper said smiling at me. Noah pulls me to where everyone is dancing and grabs my waist.
“I’m not a good dancer.”
“Don’t worry I’ll teach you it’s like having dry sex.” Noah said with a wink. This is going to be nice not only am I going to embarrass myself I’m going to do while having “Dry sex” how amazing. We danced a few songs together and went outside.
“And you said you weren’t a good dancer.” Noah said to me and I smiled back at him.
“You have a pretty smile.”
“Thanks Noah”
“You’re welcome, you want a square?”
“No thank you.”
