    "Tara...hey, Tara. Wake up!"

    I woke up from Darren, shaking me awake and I looked around, tiredly.

    I was on the couch, my head rested on Lance's shoulder.

    I must've fell asleep somehow. I can't remember...

    "Yeah? What?" I replied.

    "Lunar eclipse, remember? It's gonna start in 15 minutes." Darren says.

    "Oh right!" I said, remembering the lunar eclipse.

    "C'mon, let's head up to my room. We'll go watch it on my balcony." he says, giving me a hand.

    I gladly took it and we walked upstairs, towards his room.

    We walked in and made myself comfortable on Darren's balcony as Darren set up his telescope.

    "This is so exciting!" I said.

    "Isn't it." he says, placing the telescope in front of us.

    He then takes a seat next to me and I rest my head on his shoulder.

    "Hey, Darren?" I said.

    "Yeah?" he says.

    "Don't we need glasses to watch this eclipse?" I asked.

    "Nope. We can see the lunar eclipse with our eyes. For solar eclipses, you need those special glasses because the sun will blind you." he replied.

    "Oh okay, I got it." I said.

    "Dude, you guys didn't wake me up?"

    Darren and I turned to the door and saw Lance, leaning against the door.

    "I kinda didn't want to." Darren replies.

    "That's nice of you." Lance says and walks towards us.

    He sits down next to me and snaked his arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him and away from Darren.

    "How many more minutes?" I asked Darren.

    He checks his iPhone and smiles, "2 more minutes."

    "Romantic isn't it, Tara?" Lance whispers in my ear.

    "I guess." I said, lightly pushing him away from my ear.

    "Hey it's starting!" Darren says, pointing at the bright moon.

    We all looked up and watched as the eclipse started.

    It was beautiful and outstanding. It was like watching an eclipse happen in a movie where soft music plays in the background but this was much better.

    "This is so cool." I said.

    "Isn't it?" Darren agrees.

    "Is this the part when we kiss?" Lance asks me.

    I just looked at him and gave him a fake smile, "Um, no."

    "C'mon, babe. Just one." he says, kissing the side of my head.

    "Dude, you're killing the mood." Darren says, glaring at Lance.

    We continued watching the eclipse until it ended and crashed on the floor afterwards.

    The next morning, Lance offered to drive me and Darren to school.
