1. You know you love us.

2 years before

'From the windows, to the walls!' I watch Sandra bullock chant, when I hear the front door slam and four figures emerge. Ashton, Luke and Michael head straight to the kitchen and Calum jumps over the couch and sits on my lap.

'Yes, you can come in. Yes Luke you can help yourself to anything in the fridge. Yes Ashton you can drink Ethan's soda. Yes Micheal, you can change the channel. Calum, would you like a seat?' I say as I watch a smirk spread across Calum's face.  ' You know you love us, Ry.' Calum and Micheal reply in unison.

'What are you guys doing here anyway?' I ask, already knowing the answer.

'Where did the mi casa is su casa attitude go?' Ashton asks. *queue eye-roll*

'Away, with all the fucks I give.'

'Actually we have something important to tell you.' Calum says glaring at Ashton playfully.

'So important you had to interrupt my lovely Sunday morning? ' I ask playing with the strings of my pyjama shorts. The boys all nervously glance at each other and Luke puts the pizza box down. Oh God, this is serious.

'Y'know how we had that meeting with that agent?' Calum talks slowly as if asking a child.

'Yes?' 

'Well... they want to sign us. We're going on tour,' Micheal says, grinning from ear to ear. And while he might have said "we're going on tour." I heard " we're leaving you" The boys must have known what I was thinking because they look at me and sigh.

'But we'll call everyday and keep you updated and we have two weeks before we leave so we can do stuff together until then.' Calum starts speaking rapidly, his tongue battling to keep up.

'Are you talking to me or chewing a brick?' I ask giving him a small smile.

'Aww, look at the itty bitty tear in her eye..' Luke says moving towards me and starting to tickle me. 'she actually cares.' 

'She has a heart!' Micheal yells and jumps on Luke and I 'DOG PILE!!!!'Calum screams and worms himself on top.

'Your fucking fat asses are going to make my chest flat!' I yell and Micheal launches himself off and pulls the other boys off too. 'Save the puppies!'

We collapse into fits of giggles on the floor as Micheal crawls towards me. 'Are the pups okay?' he asks and attempts to pull my top up. I swat his hands away and we dissolve into more laughter. 

'Uhm, why are we talking about my sister's chesticles?' Ethan asks and sits on the couch behind me. 

'Because while attempting to lighten the mood, we nearly flattened them.' Ashton giggles.

The rest of the day was spent watching bad reality shows and having a great a time (insert Honey Boo-boo voice here) We ordered food and joked about Luke getting fat when he's old and they left at about two am.

Thank god its summer break.

I scroll through my phone contacts and decide to phone Alex, my utterly gorgeous other best friend, she isn't too close to the boys but she's close enough that I can rant to her about them.

'They'll be back.' she reassures me, although the words slip by me with no impact.

'How do I know that?' I ask knowing that I'm just being annoying now.

'Make them promise.' I take the suggestion into consideration and conclude that its the best plan I have.

'Yeah okay, there's really nothing else I can do. I want them to live their dream, but I don't want them to live it without me.' I whine earning an irritated sigh from Alex.

'Riley, just go to bed, I can practically see your eyelids drooping. You'll feel better about it tomorrow. Good night love.' She hangs up and I throw my phone across my bed, I immediately regret it though as I remember it wasn't on silent yet. After shamefully crawling across my king size and retrieving my phone, turning off the sound and settling under the covers, I begin to cry. I have to admit I'm going to miss some of the best friends I've had, I would be lying if I didn't.

We've just been let out of school so we'll be updating at random times, but that'll change in the new year when school starts again.
