April is starting to get to know her new sisters and her dad. For the past few months she had been planning to meet her sisters. Until life throws a ball at her face. They would not be meeting anytime soon. April's heart was crushed and yet she felt relief. What she never told them she was very nervous and scared. So now April has been faced with a huge delemat. She's struggling with depression but doesn't want to let anyone know. Her theme song has been dollhouse by melanie martinez. Everyday she's been fighting the song helps and hurts her too. She doesn't want to scare any of her friends away. Everyday she here's negative and downs herself. April stays strong but crumbles when she's alone. She's the one you see in the hallway smiling and dancing. She sent up an act so she doesn't draw attention to herself. Although she knows theres hope the demons fight her. Hope if just a word for April used by dreamers. Although she was on at one point she know one day dreams can come true. Right? Who knows anything anymore. Until then syrup is still syrup in a sippy cup and kids are still in depressed even if you dress them up. There is light in the darkness...maybe
