Chapter 5

(RANBIR POV)

It's been one hour now. They've made me waited for them like a fool. This is too much! Who they think they are? I'm their boss and this is how they showed their respects towards me? I know they're my friends too but I'm not that type of person who does those 'give-and-take' policies while working because for me, in business, you need to be professionals. And I don't like people make me waits for them. I was sitting on a chair, at the dining room when I saw Varun and Parineeti walked towards me, rushed.

"Sorry, Ranbir...sorry for the late..."

"Yeah, Ranbir...we're very sorry for the late. Last night, Varun and I were..."

"I don't want to listen to any excuses from both of you!"

I said to them, firmly as I stood up from the chair. They knew I was very angry at them and obviously I have the right to scold them because they are my workers. They should know that I don't like to waits for anyone or anything. I don't want to waste my time for all those unnecessary things. I have lots of work to do in my life. I made my way towards them.

"Exactly at what time did I mention last night that I want both of you and Deepika be ready?

"9 am, Ranbir."

"Yes, 9 am, sharp. And both of you have made me waits here like a fool for one hour?!"

"We're very sorry, Ranbir."

"I don't need your apologies, Varun. And where is she, Parineeti?!"

"She's... she's..."

"She's what?!"

"She's still sleeping...she's still sleeping, Ranbir..."

"She's still sleeping?! What did she think of herself?"

I asked, angrily before walked towards her room. Honestly, I've wasted my time for one hour and she's still sleeping? This girl really messed with me. I asked Parineeti to open the door of her room for me and as soon as the door opened, I saw that she is still enjoying her sleep on the king-sized bed. I walked towards the bed with the intention to wake her up by scolding her.

"Who did you think you are, huh? Sleeping...beauty..?"

I don't know why all my anger suddenly leaving my nerves when I looked at her face. She's smiling while sleeping? God, she's looking cute!

"Ahem..."

Varun coughed suddenly dragged me out of my thought. I don't why and where I was just now. I think I'm lost but no, I shouldn't! I need to wake her up now and scold her.

"Hey, wake up...we're late. Wake up..!"

I said, tried to wake her up as soon as I bend myself towards her. I patted her shoulder but she still didn't wake up.

"Deepika, wake up...!"

I raised my voice little bit higher this time and finally it's wakes her up. She slowly stretched herself, rubbed her eyes and opened her eyes. She looked at me before she smiled and said something.

"Good morning, T-rex..."

She said to me while smiling and trying so hard to keeps her eyes opened. Trust me, she's looking damn cute! But wait, what did she said? T-Rex? Who's T-Rex?

"You?! Are you trying to rape me?"

She said as soon as her eyes wide opened and clearly saw that I was standing in front of her. She pulled her blanket and covered herself with it.

"What?"

"Don't you dare, huh... I've learnt some boxing from the movie 'Mary Kom'..."

"You think I want to rape you?"

"Yeah, you're so close to me...the gap between us..."

"What the...listen, I want you to wake up, take you r bath and get ready. I'll wait for you at the dining hall and you only got 20 minutes to do that. Understand?"

She still looked at me like I was really trying to rape her. I walked away from her and make my way towards the door as soon as I've finished my sentences. But then, there's something that I need to know. I turned myself and called her.

"Hey, who's T-Rex, by the way?"

"T-Rex..?"

"Yeah, T-Rex...you've said 'good morning, T-Rex' just now so who's T-Rex?"

"Urmm...you!"

She said to me before quickly entered the bathroom. I smiled as her cuteness really makes my heart felt something that I don't know how to describe it but I'm a T-Rex? She's crazy. Then, I turned myself and I saw Varun along with Parineeti was giggling.

"Oh hello, don't you guys have any works to do? Make all the arrangement ready. Go..!"

I said to Varun and Parineeti and as soon as they walked away, I walked out from the room and make my way towards the dining hall.
