Chapter 17

( Deepika's POV)

"Varun ! Parineeti !"

He called them. I can felt the anger inside his voice. Those anger that I've never imagined can comes out from him. Yes, I'm a bit shocked and scared with his tone. But, it seems like he ignored me. Just ignore me.

"Yes, Ranbir. What happened ?" asked Parineeti.

"Send her home right now. I don't want to see her face anymore." he said as he stood up and walked towards the door.

"But what about the wedding ?" asked Varun.

"I said just send her home !" he said as he strongly slammed the door.

His behaviour get all of us a bit frightened. I know, I know that he was very angry at me. I know and I don't blame him.

"What actually happened, Deepika ?" asked Parineeti as she and Varun approached me.

"Ranbir ...he ...Ranbir, proposed me."

"And ?"

"And I said ...no."

"But why ? We thought you love him."

"Yes, I love him but ...I just can't live his life. I feel ..I feel exhausted. And ...Ranbir ..he was not being himself. He was not being Ranbir that all of us know. He rather be the Ranbir that the world want him to be and ...I love my T-Rex not Ranbir, the billionaire businessman .."

I cried my whole-hearted. It's not that I don't love Ranbir, I just want him to be himself. I know that Ranbir was very happy when he just being the simple, crazy and wild person but I can clearly see on his eyes that he was trying to hide that real Ranbir from the whole world. I don't know why. Yes, I admit that I sound a bit selfish but I just want him to be happy. I want those cute and killer smile always appeared on his face. Yes, I've imagined a lot of things with him. I want to spread happiness while holding his hands, I want to celebrate my birthday with him, I want to spend the rest of my time with him doing all those crazy thing but the most important thing is that I want Ranbir to just being himself. Not trying to prove anything or trying to pretend anything. I love him. I love him very much. That's why I rejected his proposed. But now, I will follow his order. I'm going home. Away from him and everyone, only have the chance to holding on those memories of him, Prague and everything that happened in Prague. I wiped my tears and got up from the bed.

"What are you doing ?" asked Parineeti.

"Pack my stuff and going home. As his wish."

"But, Deepika ..you .." said Parineeti before Varun stopped her.

"Let her be, Pari. Deepika, I'll ask the driver to prepare the car for you and send you."

"But Varun, .." said Parineeti.

"Pari, it's okay. They need time. Let them be." said Varun as he tried to calm Parineeti. I saw Varun whispered something in Parineeti ear before they looked at me calmly.

"It's okay, babe. I can understand." said Parineeti as she held my hand and smiled.

"Thank you, Pari. Thank you, Varun." I said and that was the last word I can say before I left the hotel, Prague and ...Ranbir. I know you will hate me, T-Rex. But one thing for sure, I love him so much.
