CH.16 Going to the animal shelter

Briggette's pov

I woke up this morning remembering how fun It has been for the few days with my cousin Sky was here. She only got drunk once. She stayed over here for three days. She slept in CC's room. CC slept down stairs on the couch. I think Sky is really falling for CC. Because when CC would go to the store,she'd go with him. It was funny watching everyone in the pool. Andy didn't go in the pool. He sat with me beside the pool. He thought that it wasn't fare for me to sit there alone. So he stayed with me. Yameli,Ash,Sky,and CC played chicken fight. It was funny. Sky is skinnier than Yameli and Sky won. When Sky left everyone was acting like little kids. CC faked cried. Yameli pouted. Ash throw a fake fit. Jinxx and Jake hugged her at the same time and wouldn't let go. Andy gave me a blow horn. That scared the shit out of them all. Sky just kept laughing. I was to. Andy just looked at them like they were all idiots. Well they were sometimes. Then I rolled over to face Andy. I laid my head on his chest and tried to go back to sleep. As soon as I laid my head down,closed my eyes,and took a deep breath. Andy wrapped him arm around me,stroked my hair,and whispered,"Morning beautiful."

"Morning Andy. Did I wake you up?"

"No. I was already awake. I just had my eyes closed."

"Oh OK."

''You OK?"

"Ya I'm fine. I'm just thinking."

"Oh OK. Do you want to go to the animal shelter later to get a kitten and a Husky?"

"Sure."

"I know they have some new kittens there. I was on the website and seen them. They are so cute. Do you want one or two? I'll let you get two."

"Oh my god. really?"

"Ya."

"Um OK. What time is it?" He rolled over just enough to see the clock. "It's 11:25. You want to get dressed now and eat breakfast,then go?"

"Sure." I got up,grabbed my crutches and went into the closet. I put on some black ripped skinny jeans,and a dark purple tank top. Grabbed my bracelets and covered my arms with them. Then went into the bathroom to do my make up and hair. Andy was in there doing his hair. I teased my long and now purple again hair. Once my hair was done,I applied some eye liner,dark purple eye shadow,and my blood red lip stick. Once we were done Andy carried me down stairs and got us some cereal. The only other people up were Yameli and Ash. They were up watching TV. "Morning guys." I said as Andy brought me down stairs. "Morning." They said at the same time. We went into the kitchen and got our cereal. Once we were done Andy grabbed my keys,told Yameli and Ash where we're going,and left.

Andy's pov

When we got in the car to go to the animal shelter Bri plugged in her phone and put Knives and Pens on. She sang along. I just smiled as she sang. When that song was over she put In The End on and did the same thing. When we arrived at the animal shelter,she was happy. I got out first and helped her out. "I'm so happy I'm getting a kitty."

"Not just one. Two."

"Yayyy. The last cat I had got hit by a car four years ago."

"Awww poor kitty." We went inside to the front desk to ask to see the kittens. We followed the lady into this room that had a lot of kittens. They were so cute. Bri said "Their soooo cute."

"I know. Which ones do you like?" Then I noticed two black ones playing around. Well one was all black. The other is black and a little spots of white. She pointed over to them. "I like those two that are messing around." The lady that brought us in here walked over to them and picked them up. "These two?"

"Yes." I answered. "Do you guys still have the Husky puppies?"

"Yes we do. Follow me." She handed me the two kittens. We walked down the hall a little till we got to anther room. There were four puppies left. One came right up the Briggette,sat at her feet,and looked up at her. That was so cute. "Andy look. It just came up to me and I didn't need to call it. And look it's eyes are the light blue. I have always wanted a Husky that has blue eyes."

"Do you want this one?"

"Yes.'' Then the lady put the dog on a leash. We have to buy a leash here. When we got back to the front I only had to pay for the Husky. the Husky is a girl. Surprisingly the kittens were free. Only because they had a lot of them and need to get rid of them. Once I paid for her,we went to the hearse. When Bri got into the car she said,"What do we name her?"

"I don't know. You can name her."

"OK. I have always had the name snowball. She's white and gray. What do you think."

"I like it. What about the kittens? You name one I name the other?"

"OK. I think for the all black one. Um,Blacky. What do you think?"

"It's good. For the black and white,I'm thinking socks. He has the white spots on his paws."

"I like it. Alright let's go to wal-mart to get the dog and cat food. Will you be OK going in alone? I have to stay out here with the cats and dog."

"Ya. I'll be fine. Let's just hope I don't get attacked by fans." I laughed.

"Ya. I want you back in one piece." We both laughed while driving to wal-mart. She sang songs like she normally does. When we got to wal-mart,I ran in and got the biggest dog food bag and cat food bag. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Got the two bags in the back and drove home.

Briggette's pov

When we got home everyone was up now. When they seen Snowball our Husky they all 'awwed' at the same time. With some it's so cute. When Andy pulled out the kittens. More awwws and their so cute. "I know. I got to pick them out. Andy can we keep them in our room for a week or so?"

"Sure. Ash,can you take Snowball out back please?"

"Ya. Hey let me get my huge super ball." He ran up the stairs and to his room. He was back down stairs within two minutes. Then Andy carried me up stairs real fast then went back down to get the kitties. We sat in the room playing with them. Blacky became my buddy. She laid down on my lap and fell asleep. When me and Andy were done playing with them we went down stairs to get something to eat. We ate grill cheese sandwitches. Yum. Then we went into the backyard. Ashley,Yameli,Jinxx,Jake,and CC were in the pool with Snowball. It was cute. She swam around with the ball Ash gave her. She goes after who ever has the ball. When they were done Andy dried off Snowball and everyone went inside. We just sat on the couch watched TV and drank. I got drunk. Andy was being the resonsable one and looked out for me. I ended up passed out. Andy carried me up stairs,laid me down,covered me up,and then he laid down next to me. Then the kitties came up a laid with us. It was a fun day.
