Kurama X reader: pocky game

Chapter 3

everyone's eyes are widen and some of the girls have gasped, kuwabara's lips and yukina's lips are almost very close to each other. yukina's face is very red just like kuwabara and she seems very shy by now as their lips are just an inch away.

Hiei on the other hand is trying his best not to stab kuwabara by clenching his fist while his arms are crossed over his chest. yusuke is grinning widely "come on kuwabara! bite it, and end the game!"

kuwabara's eyes are widen as well and its obvious that he doesn't know what to do,everyone is watching closely and are all expecting kuwabara to bite the last part of the biscuit, since we all know how inlove he is to yukina and this is his chance to kiss her but everyone was stunned, kuwabara pulled back rubbing the back of his head laughing nervously. "you win, yukina!" yukina ate the last piece and she covers her mouth "i did.."

"Whaaat the heck?" yusuke said in disbelief. "whoa, i thought kuwabara will win" botan said in shock, hiei sighs in relief while kurama chuckles at the side. we all slightly laughed at the two who is blushing madly right now.
"tch, stupid kuwabara." yusuke is disappointed as he shake his head. "he's not stupid, he just know better than this, if he want a kiss he can gather all his courage and do it any time he wants unlike you" i smirked at him.

he scoffed then ignored me completely "alright! its botan and hiei's turn, go!" he offered the pocky stick and botan took one.

"hiei doesn't seems to be interested to this, i think botan will win" keiko observed.

"come on hiei win this! or are you a weak ass just like kuwabara" yusuke purposely said to get on hiei's nerve. "hmn, i wont lose to this stupid game"

hiei immediately took a bite to the other end. botan got fired up to this and bite as well, hiei bite a bit bigger without hesitation. botan is starting to blush but also took another big bite making their lips almost touch. hiei smirked and bite the last piece off, making their lips touch.

hiei and botan quickly pulled away from each other, botan's laughed is a bit awkward while hiei's face is blushing as well but he is trying to hide it and lean to the wall again. "way to go you two! you win!" yusuke cheered happily for them as keiko laughs.

"Did you like it hiei?" kuwabara is teasing hiei, who looks annoyed right now but trying to ignore him, while i was teasing botan along with keiko. kurama and yukina are just watching everyone while laughing and having a good time.

"alright, alright lets move on to the next pair, kurama and (your/name)'s turn now" kurama moved closer as he took a pocky stick "ready, (your/name)?" he asked as he hold the pocky between us. "yeah lets do this" i nodded and moved closer too.

"hey kurama no Mr. nice guy here, got it?!" yusuke chuckled, then keiko throws a pillow at him "shut up yusuke, don't influence him with your dirty thoughts!" yukina giggled then everyone was silent as they watched kurama and i.

kurama took a first little bite, and then i did too.. my heart starts to beat so fast i thought my heart might leap right out of my chest, we stared into each others eyes before he took another smaller bite. for some reason i bite a small part too, this is making me nervous and making me feel something inside that i can't understand but at the same time i must admit that i am enjoying this being close to him and just staring into his bright green eyes.

when he bite again, i can feel his breath that makes my face grew warmer even more, i took another bite making our lips just an inch away, and everything seems to stop, i can't hear what the others are saying i was so lost into his gaze and to the fact that our lips are almost touching.

it feels like its just me and kurama right now, alone in this room. kurama's cheeks are red by now and im waiting for his next move, while here i am hypnotized by his eyes couldn't even make any movement.

for a second i thought he's going to pull away that made me feel sad coz he moved his head but then my heart skipped a beat, he moved so he can bite all of the remaining piece of the chocolate biscuit stick.

im screaming mentally, kurama and i are kissing? his lips are so full and soft, i couldn't move even if i already had a strong urge to kiss back and to deepen the kiss but kurama pulled away real quick.

"thats what im talking about! and you two seems to enjoy it" yusuke nudge lightly at kurama. "i don't know what you're talking about yusuke" kurama laughed as he shake his head.

"hey, i just noticed that you two actually look good together" kuwabara blurted out.

Me and kurama are shocked to what he said, we looked at each other first before laughing. "whatever kuwabara" I said as I raise an eyebrow at him.

"but I agree with kuwabara" yukina said softly that made as all silent then the others starts to agree as well. "yeah and you two know each other very well" botan said then keiko butt in too "and are always there for each other, you two will be a cute couple"

I grimaced as I thought deeply like how kurama, will ever like someone like me? soon enough everyone had their own topic and I was just sitting on the couch thinking deeply about what they said and this strange feeling, i groan loudly more than I should. "Hey are you alright, (your/name)?" kurama asked me as he offered a cup of tea.

I smiled lightly and took the cup, taking a sip before lying "im fine, im just tired" he patted my head "you know that if something is bothering you, you can always tell me" he smiled warmly and I sigh in defeat "I really can't lie to you huh?"

he chuckled softly "no, but if you don't want to talk about it yet then I can wait" I just nodded at him.

after the dinner that me and the girls have prepared everyone went home. "let me walk you home" kurama offered.

"um.. no thanks, I want to go home by myself" I said without making any eye contact to him. "huh? but I always walk you home. is there something wrong?" kurama looked so confused.

I laughed as I raised both of my hands. "im great, I just want to be alone for now, you know" I told him half truth of how I feel.

"(your/name)..." he said my name and then hugged me for comfort. my arms automatically wrapped around to him. "kurama, im fine ok?"

he let go of me and nodded "alright then if you say so, im just not used not walking you home" he sounds sad thats why I ruffles his hair. "hey you can walk me home some other time, I'll go now. see you!" I bowed and walked away from him.
