The plane had finally landed, which was relieving because I felt sick during the whole ride. I followed Chelsea because I was still new to the whole private jet thing. It was dark out, millions things are going thru my mind right now.
On the way home, I was watching the sunset while spending my time thinking about Nick.
When we arrived my house, I told Chelsea to come in. I desperately needed her, she was my only hope.
As I walked in, all eyes were on me. Selena and mom had there arms crossed as if I did something they didn't like.
"Where were you young lady?"asked my mom
"I was with Chelsea..."I mumbled
"Yes, she was with me the whole time."added Chelsea
I glanced over and saw Nick.
"Don't look at him!"yelled Selena
"Why!?"I asked angry
"You know what don't answer that. Why should I care he's yours anyways." I added
"I'm not sure if you saw it but they showed it on the Ellen show. The video of you both doing a duet."she said
"What!?"I look at Nick "First of all why do you care?"I said
"Can I confess something?!"I said ready to explode
"Yes ma'am, please do!"said my mom
"First, Nick and I were a dating, but I guess it's all over, after what had happened today... Second,"I was interrupted, nick walked toward me:
"Nicole, I'm sorry, it's just that..."I cut him off
"Nick, stop, we're done. There is no need for explaining."I cried
"Nicole..."he cried as he grabbed my hands.
"Stop Nick..."I mumbled as I let go. Selena managed to push me away from him.
"You bitch, you were dating Nick!"said Selena. I felt my cheek burn because of the slap she gave me.
"Shut up! Like you didn't know freakin know. You're the one that paid Miley to freakin cheat on me."I screamed
Selena couldn't help but look stupid after I said that.
"You did what!?"screamed my mom
"Selena how could you!"she said disappointed
"My question is if you know that I paid her why aren't you getting back with him?"she asked trying to prove something I didn't do.
"I knew something..."I muttered
"What?"asked Nick
"You were also cheating on me with Selena and you promised you didn't do anything."I cried
He stood there silent.
"You know what! You both haven't been so honest with me either. You both set me up with Andrew! I mean what was that. Like really, we weren't meant for each other. You just wanted me to get distracted, you both didn't want me to ruin your reputations."I cried
"Not also that but you were never really honest to me. I was lied constantly, which made me lose your trust. I guess we all have SECRETS."I added
"Nicole! I know I've been such a horrible mother..."cried mom
"I have nothing to say."said Selena not making eye contact
"I do, I hope your happy Selena. You practically ruined my life."I said furiously. I ran off to my room, Nick followed, so I ran. I shut the door not letting him in.
"Nicole, open up, I need to talk to you."begged Nick
I walked toward the door, debating wether to open it or not. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and message Chelsea, since I didn't want to go downstairs. I told her to get in from the back. I opened the door were I saw Nick standing. He hugged me tight not letting go.
"Nick, please go."I whispered into his ear
"No I'm not going to leave."he pleaded
"This is hard for me too, but I have to focus. I don't want all this drama in my life.."I said as I tried to make him let go. He grabbed my face close to his. He leaned for a kiss.
"Stop."I said as I let go. I could see from the corner from my eye that Selena was watching us.
"Don't think I'm going to stop trying. I love you."he said. He walked off slowly
I closed the door, I leaned on the door and slid down, and cried my eyes out. I heard a tap on my window, I look up, it's Chelsea.
"Hey can you help me?"I asked Chelsea
"Sure, anything what is it?"I asked
"Can I runaway to your place?"I asked
"Is that what you want?"she asked a bit worried
"Yes, please, I need time."I pleaded
"Okay, yeah, I'm here for you."she said
"Thank you!" I said
"Yeah no problem, let me make a few phone calls to get the jet ready."she replied
"Get packing!"she added
I took out all my suitcases, I packed my all of clothes not leaving one single strand.
"Clothes, check! Shoes, check! Make up, check!..."the list continued
I remember I hid suitcase of money that I had saved, enough to buy my own house.
"Ha. Ha! Found it!"I said
A picture of my parents slipped out. I cried once more.
Once I had everything I needed, I wrote a letter for my mom.
"Dear mom,
I'm writing to you because, I think it's time for me to go on my own. Some people may think "she's too young to go on her own." Maybe they are right, but I'm doing this because I need time. Time to figure things out, like my life, what am I going to with my life. I'm sure so sorry about what happened. I guess it just happened like that. Also, Nick was the best thing that happened to my life, I let him go because Selena still had feelings for him. I mean I love him. But I guess I have to make her happy she's my sister. Because of her I had a family, and yeah it didn't end pretty, but I appreciated that you were both with me in the beginning. I'm on a search for my real parents now. I set the letter on the desk, my plan was to leave two in the morning.
"All set?"asked Chelsea
"Ready."I said sadly
"Let's go."
