Madi's POV
I stood up slowly from my seat on the couch my eyes widened in shock.
"Roy what are you doing here?"
He looked up with his bright blue eyes wide and alert."Mhmm?" he questioned walking into the kitchen.
I still stood there awkwardly, not believing this was happening. I hesitantly strolled into the kitchen. Roy was shuffling things around in the cupboards and pulled out a new bag of Maltesers. He held them up in my face with a confused look on his face.
"Aren't these like some British food? Who has has British food? This is Amerricaa, or 'Merica if you're 'bout that life." he said in a drunken tone, laughing. I snatched the bag away from him and shoved the bag back into the cabinet.
"What are you doing here, Roy? You reek of alcohol!" He only snickered and played with the hem of his shirt. He sat there for a minute before jerking his head up and sprinting to the living room. Why me?! I pleaded with my own head. I ran after him stumbling into the couch to see him bouncing up and down on the couch.
"I LOVE this show!" He exclaimed very loudly. I ran up behind the couch and slapped my hand over his mouth so he wouldn't wake Grace.
"Shut up! If Grace sees you here, I'll never hear the end of of it. I'm not really interested in being blackmail for the rest of my life." My words fell on deaf ears because what he did next was unspeakable. HE FREAKING LICKED MY HAND!
I yanked my hand away and wiped against my pant leg. Roy turned and laughed at me. I stared at him disbelief and astonishment. He twisted back towards the episode Roy looked like child on Christmas morning.
I shuffled around the couch and sat in the rocking chair next to the couch, her eyes never leaving his face.
"Roy you are so drunk." I state. He turns to look at me and I smile knowing that this will be the best payback in the world. "You can barely form a coherent sentence, you are so drunk." I muttered the last part. "But what I don't get," I continued out loud. "-is that usually when teenagers decide to get drunk, they go to some party. Why did you come here of all places? And how did you even know where I live?" Roy throws a crumpled ball of paper at me and replies,
"Chandler told me. Said we were supposed to do something on Saturday... or Friday... I don't remember." I opened the paper ball to see Grace's handwriting and our address.
I laughed loudly. I brought my legs to my chest letting my chin rest on my knees, pondering this situation.
Roy burst out laughing clutching his stomach and I didn't know what to do.
"What's so funny?" I asked. He only laughed louder. I didn't want to risk another hand infection but I especially didn't want him to wake Grace either. "Roy," I insisted. He quieted down a little.
"You-I-I can-see you underwear!" He laughed even louder. My eyes went wide as I threw my legs down.I was only wearing a tank top and some of Grace's cheer shorts.
"It's blue!" he exclaimed. My mouth was hanging open and I was left speechless. I ran to my room and yanked open my dresser. I tugged on a pair of sweatpants and a shirt. When I was decently dressed I turned around to see Roy an inch away from me. I tried to jump back in surprise but instead he pulled me to his chest and wrapped his colossal arms around my shoulders. "Ah Madi- you're e-eyes are blueeeee."
I put my hands on his chest and tried to push away but he only held me tighter.
"Roy, let me go."
