Luke
It was currently evening. With Michael beside me, we were walking towards the cafeteria and going to have a nice time at there for a moment. My lips were forming a wide smile as I laughed at Michael who told me what had happened yesterday.
He met a clumsy girl when he was walking around the town to buy a drink, then the girl accidentally tripped over her own steps then spilled all her ice cream right on Michael's face.
It was funny because Michael couldn't get mad because the girl was still around ten years old and she said sorry and ran away before Michael could say anything. I guess he had some kind of bad luck charm on his hand.
"It wasn't funny you know," Michael grunted, his pierced eyebrows frowned slightly as his green eyes turned at my way to look at me and gave me a glare.
I chuckled at his expression, tapping his shoulder in amusement. "C'mon, it's not that bad! She's still a kid anyways."
Michael rolled his eyes, grunts escaped from his lips before he elbowed me and scoffed. "Mind your own business."
I decided not to respond anymore and just ignored him. As we walked, Michael kept up a stream of humor that some of them weren't that funny and I kept rolling my eyes at his childish behavior.
Once our feet had arrived at the cafeteria, Michael just ordered a coke then sat beside me. Needless to say, I wasn't planning to order anything since the first time, that was one of the reason i didn't want to buy anything.
We were talking for about fifteen minutes, having a nice and random conversation until I felt an arm slunk over my shoulder, causing me to turn my head and catch a familiar figure behind me.
I smiled ear to ear once I realized who it was. A pair of deep brown eyes like a chocolate caramel went through my blue ones, a soft smile appeared on his face as he chuckled a little. I looked at him amusingly.
"Hey Luke," Calum greeted, rubbing my shoulder momentarily before he continued, "do you want to go out with me later today? We've got something important to do."
After he said that, I knew what he meant by his words. He was talking about the break up, well considering it was day ten already. I didn't know if I should be prepared for it or not, but I knew I would get hurt a little when the moment he would say it to me himself. It's not like I like him, I'm still thinking that it might be just a phase, and I need more prove if it's right or wrong.
I hesitantly nodded, gulping my jaw as I looked at his sad - expression? More like sorry expression one, I think. He gave me a warm smile before he patted my shoulder, whirling around and going back to wherever he was before.
Huffing slightly, I thought about what would happen later today. It couldn't be that bad right? I meant, it wasn't like I had never been dumped before, since my ex-girlfriends nor boyfriends always expected too much from me. That was why I had never been in a serious relationship before. Always some kind of game.
"So, this is the day?" Michael asked in curiosity, his eyebrow raised questioningly.
I nodded as an answer, running a hand through my hair before I looked back at Michael, whose face like he was saying sorry to me. I only laughed it off, and continued to scratch some parts of my hair to get something out of my mind.
After all, saying that I wasn't nervous or kinda sad was a lie. I was sad because I thought that Calum would to do something more about our relationship, since he said that he would make fall in love with him in ten days. Well, he wasn't completely fail because he indeed made some parts of me fell under his spell. I think, everything would happen eventually, and i just need to wait for that.
