~Joey's POV~

I woke up in Daniel's arms. The lights shone through the blinds, casting light beams across Daniel's chest. At first, it felt like that huge weight was gone from my shoulders, but it went right back where it had been. I remembered, the video is going up today. The editing team sent it to me and I have to put it up.

I climbed out of bed, found my underwear, and put it on. I sat at my computer and loaded my email. Yup, right there was the file containing the video. I watched it to make sure that it came out alright. I cringed at the kiss, although it secretly made me very happy. I got it up to YouTube and put in all the video information. My mouse hovered over the publish button. I felt sick. Maybe I shouldn't do this. Maybe this is a mistake. I squeezed my eyes shut. I felt a pressure on my finger. When I opened my eyes, I saw that the video had been put up. I stood up. Daniel stood, smiling down at me.

"You're welcome." He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled my into a deep kiss. "Now lets get some breakfast." He lifted me into his arms and carried me downstairs.

"No! Daniel! Baby!" I fake punched his chest. Daniel sat me on the counter and started to make pancakes. I watched him tinker around. While he was waiting for the pancakes to cook, he came inbetween my legs and wrapped his arms around my neck and just looked into my eyes, smiling.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with you." Daniel began. I stopped smiling, my mouth hanging open.

"Is this a proposal?" I asked, stunned.

"Never mind." He said, turning back to the pancakes.

"Daniel?" I jumped off the counter, turning him back to face me. "What did you mean by that?" Daniel focused harder on the pancakes. Just as I was about to badger him more on the subject, the door bell rang. I grabbed the pants and shirt that were lying on the stairs and threw them on. I answered the door.

"Joey! We're here to sit with you for the first 24 hours of your video being up!" Cat yelled! She pushed past me, followed by Shane, and some other YouTube friends. Daniel rounded the corner, fully dressed.

"I have pancakes made!'" He ushered everyone to the kitchen. I watched as they opened up a bottle of wine and started eating. I was glad that they were all busy with conversation to not notice me not touching my food.

Daniel's words kept running through my mind. Granted, I could just be over thinking this. But was that the start of a proposal? And what about that small box from the trailer and dinner last night? I mean, sure I'd love to spend the rest of my life with him! But we're so young yet. But I love him so much, so it shouldn't matter, right? And it's clear that he loves me. Are we ready? Maybe we're jumping into this too fast. Maybe-

"Joey?" I looked up. Everyone was starring at me.

"Hmm?" I asked.

"I just asked you how you feel about putting the video up?" Cat asked.

"Oh, great!" I didn't even sound convincing to myself. Everyone went back to talking to themselves. But I could tell that Cat took what had just happened into note. After we finished eating, everyone cleaned up. Daniel went upstairs. I followed him.

"Daniel?" He yelped, jumping around to face me.

"God Joey! What?"

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. But can we please talk about what happened earlier? About what you said?" Daniel squirmed like an ant under a magnifying glass. And of course, Cat accidentally walked in.

"Oh gosh! Sorry!"

"It's okay. I was just leaving anyways."

"What was up with you during breakfast?" Cat asked after Daniel had left.

"Can you keep a secret?" Cat nodded, pulling me to sit next to her on the bed. I poured out the whole story to her. I told her about the box and the conversation. About how he wouldn't talk to me about it.

"Don't talk to him anymore about it. If he really is thinking about proposing, pressuring him about it will only make him not want to do it. Just forget about it. Drop it. But it sounds like he wants to, he's just not sure if it's time. In my opinion, it's still a little early. You've only known him for like nine months. But don't let him go. You two are meant for each other. And we're gonna check on the video if you want to come down." Cat gave me a quick hug and walked downstairs.

Huh, maybe we are gonna be together forever. I know it sounds a little vain to say it, but I'm glad I finally have someone to be there for me forever. My dreams are finally coming true.
