Chapter 3

Renesmee's P. O. V.

I was sooo happy that Daddy asked Jake to take me to school. Finally I don't have to watch what I'm thinking about! Jake!s hand was resting between us, palm up inviting me to take it. So I did. Jake glanced over at me and squeezed my hand. I was in heaven!

"Hey, Ness?" He asked.

"Yeah?"

Do you want to.....um......maybe go to the.........um.........movies with.......um.......me?" He said nervously.

"YES!" I screamed. Jake grinned, relieved.

"So how are we gonna sneak past my dad?" I asked, jumping in my seat a little.

"I have no idea." He said.

"Maybe I should call Alice." I took out my phone and started dialing.

"Alice?"

"Oh my gosh this date is going to be PERFECT!" She squealed.

"Alice I just need help getting past my dad." I explained.

"Ok, but I get to help pick out your outfit." She said.

"Fine." I sighed.

"Nessie?" Jake asked. "We're here."

"Oh...um....ok." I said, the butterflies returning.

"It's going to be fine." Jake soothed.

************1st period*************

I was so happy that I had some of my family my classes. This period I had Mom and Daddy in my class. They surrounded me and herded me to the front of the classroom.

"Don't worry baby, it'll be fine." Mom whispered too soft for the humans to hear.

"Mr. Richards?" Dad said. "We're the new students."

"Hmm? Oh right. Mr. Cullen and the Swan sisters, right?" He asked.

"That's right."

"You may take your seats anywhere you like." He said.

I pretty much dozed off for the rest of class. I already knew everything!

After class, Jake met me right outside the door. He is sooo sweet!

"How was class Ness?" He asked walking me to my next class.

"Boring." I said with a giggle.

"That's how it's supposed to be." He said.

********Lunch*********

Daddy growled.

"If anyone thinks another dirty thought about you or your mother, I'm going to rip their heads off." He said.

Mom sighed. "Calm down, Edward." She soothed. "This happens every year."

"It gets worse every time." He spat.

Suddenly he jumped up. "That's it!" He said staring at a boy nearby. He walked towards him, fuming.

"Oh no." Mom sighed. I giggled. Now this was fun.

Mom ran towards dad and tried to hold him back whispering in his ear. Finally he sighed and turned around.

"Nessie, you dad needs a day off so we're heading back to the house." Mom said as they walked back to the table.

"Ok. I'll see you at home. Bye!" I said.

Jake put his food down right next to mine and sat down. I jumped.

"Jake! You scared me!" I said.

"Sorry" he said sheepishly.

Alice jumped in front of me. "Nessie we have to go home right now. I just had a vision."

"What? What happened?" I said, freaking out on the inside.

"I'll explain on the way there. Jake, you come too." She said.

Jake got up without complaint.
