Sonata's POV

After a few hours of beating Cyborg and Beastboy at a racing game, ( Which is my specialty ) It was already night!

And not a single call yet.

I walk out of the living room feeling bored.

Maybe this place has a roof?

I walk towards the elevator and press the top floor.

After a few minutes I finally reach the top floor. ( Damn was this tower tall. )

*Ting*

The elevator doors open and I was right!

" *Exhale* The roof top..." 

For some reason I've always loved rooftops or anywhere that's high as long I get to feel the air flying freely.

I sit at the edge of the tower and began taking in the dazzling city lights.

"Sitting here alone?"

I turn around and saw Robin.

"Yeah well I was bored so, eh why not?" I said shrugging.

Robin takes a seat beside me and both of our legs are dangling over the tower.

"Sonata."

"Yeah?"

"Can I ask you something?" 

"What is it?"

"Before you came to Jump city, where did you live before?"

'Shit! he's gonna figure me out!' I scream inside my head panicking.

"Uh well I used to live in a small city, but I traveled, so I don't really have a permanent place to call home..." I said looking down.

It was true,

Before I was sent to prison I used to live in a small town, 

But I pursued my dream in becoming a musician and began to travel.

Soon I discovered why I loved music,

I was a Siren...

I had the voice that can either send Sonic Waves like my guitar or worse,

It could control people...

That's why I can't trust people with my powers yet...

I don't want to betrayed,

Not now,

Not ever...

"Sonata?" Robin's voice said cutting me out of my thoughts.

"Sorry, I kinda got lost in my thoughts." I said placing a hand behind my neck.

"It's no problem, I was wondering if you could tell me more about yourself?" 

"Why?"

"Well I wanted to learn more about you..." Robin said smiling.

'Oh no not again!' I said inside my head as the color rushes to my face.

"What's there to know..." I said turning my head away hiding my blush.

"Well for starters, I want to know what your likes and dislikes."

"Hmm well I guess for dislikes, I think I hate offices and I can't stand being uptight and as for the likes, I love music, Having fun, Movies and food!" I said.

"Well about you Robin?" I ask.

"Hmm?" 

"What are your likes and dislikes?"

"Hmm I think for the likes I guess Movies, Fighting, Pizza, music and helping others

For the dislikes, Slade, Losing battles, Endangering my friends and when people think lowly of me like I'm some fool..." Robin said trailing off.

"Robin..." I said and touched his hand that was curled into a fist.

"Don't worry okay? you ain't a fool, you're the best leader these guys have and if I must say any guy to call you a fool is the real one." 

"Sonata..." Robin said shocked but quickly caught himself out.

"Thanks..." Robin said and smiled and not just any smile, 

it was a genuine smile.

"Hehe no problem it's the least I could do!" I said and did a small salute.

Suddenly Robin leaned his face towards me and I couldn't help but lean in too.

What am I doing?

As we were both leaning in the gap between us shortens.

And then.

It finally closes...
