Ming Lynn's Pov:

Ever Since Jacquees Came Into The Shop I've Been A Little Uneasy. Why Did He Have To Come In There. I Was Fine. I'm Happy And I Don't Need Him Fucking That Up.

Me, James, June And Tony Decided To Go To The Strip Club Tonight. I Put On A Black Body Suit With A Cotton Candy Pink A-line Skirt, Black Suede Ankle Strap Wedges And A Pink Lipstick With A Little Eyeliner And Mascara. I Curled My Hair And Checked My Self In The Mirror. James Text Me To Tell Me He Was Outside So I Left.

June And Tony Were Already In The Car. I Said Hey To Them And James Drove Off.

"You Look Good." James Told Me.

"I Looked Good The Other Night But You Ain't See That." I Was Still Mad At Him For Standing Me Up.

"Awe Damn Babe, I Forgot All About That."

"Mhhm."

"I'll Make It Up To You."

I Looked Over At Him And He Was Smiling At Me. I Couldn't Help But Smile.

"Okay, Whatever."

We Pulled Up And The Line Was Hella Long, But Thanks To Me, We Get In Free With VIP. I Do The Managers And Strippers Hair.

I Wanted To Dance So As Soon I Could, I Pulled James Onto The Floor And Started Dancing, Grinding And Twerking On Him. I'm Sure He Was Enjoying It Cause I Could Feel His Hardness On My Ass.

After Dancing To A Few Songs James Went To The Bar To Get Us Something To Drink. I Went Back To Our Booth In The VIP Section. A Few Seconds Later June Came And Sat Down.

"Damn You Already Sitting Down." June Asked.

I Lightly Chuckled. "James Went To Get Drinks."

"Aww, Can I Tell You Something."

"Sure."

"I Don't Like Him."

"Why?"

"He Seems Too Good To Be True. You Not Giving Him No Pussy And Its Not Like Y'all In A Legit Relationship Yet, So Whats Making Him Stay."

"Well Damn June, He Might Actually Like Me, Have You Ever Thought Of That."

"I Mean- You Know What Let Me Shut Up And Mind My Business."

James Came Back To Table With A Daiquiri For Me And A Bottle Of Alcohol For Himself. Tony Came To The Table Looking For June So They Could Continue Dancing.

"Wassup With June." James Asked Me.

"What?"

"Why She Always Side Eyeing Me Like I Did Something To Her."

"I Don't Know, Its Just June." I Said Trying To Shrug Him Off.

"Yeah But It Like She Be Hostile Towards Me Or Something."

"Seriously James I Don't Know." I Said Getting Aggravated.

James Threw His Hands Up. I Sighed And Looked Around The Room. All Of A Sudden I Didn't Want To Be There Anymore. June Was Bugging And So Is James Right Now.

I Sat At The Booth For The Rest Of The Night. I Told James He Could Go Dance But He Wouldn't Leave. When It Was Time To Go I Was Happy. James Dropped Me Off And I Didn't Even Acknowledge Him Before I Got Out The Car.

"That How It's Gone Be." He Said, Rolling The Windows Down.

"Bye James." I Said Without Turning Around.

Jacquees' Pov:

Me And Tylen Was Chilling At One Of Our Homie's Crib. Tylen Was A Little Drunk. Me, I Was Thinking About Ming. How Did I Even Run Into Her. James. I'm Actually Glad He Recommended The Shop. I Should Go Up There Tomorrow, See How She's Doing. She Might Not Like That...Fuck It, Imma Do It Anyways.

I Was Getting Tired So I Grabbed Tylen And Drove Him Home Before Heading Home Myself. I Fell Asleep As Soon As My Head Hit The Pillow.

The Next Morning I Got Up And Ready And Made It Down To The Rec Center. I Was There For Almost 4 Hours When, Tyshawn, Another Nigga That Work Here, Showed Up. That Meant That I Could Leave.

I Made My Way To The Shop To See If I Could At Least Get Ming To Somewhat Forgive Me. I Pulled Up And Sat There For A Few Minute. I Could See Her Through The Large Glass Windows. She Was Doing Hair While Laughing Along With Everyone Else.

As Soon As She Was Done With Her Client I Got Out The Car And Went In. As Soon As I Stepped Foot Inside Of The Building, All Laughter Stopped. Ming Looked At Me And Crossed Her Arms.

"Why Are You Back." She Asked Me.

"Please Boo Boo Let Me Know."

"Sam Not Now." She Told Ole Dude.

"I Just Wanted To Talk To You."

"Okay Talk."

"In Private?"

She Rolled Her Eyes Before Walking To The Back. I Followed Behind And We Walked Into Her Office.

"What Do You Want."

"I Want My Bestfriend Back."

"I'm Not Your Best friend, You Lost All That When I Walked Away."

"Ming I Know What I Did Was Wrong But I Never Meant To Hurt You And You Know That."

"Well You Weren't Thinking About All That Then."

"Ming-"

"No, You Were My Bestfriend And You Did Me Dirty."

I Walked Up To Her And She Took A Step Back. I Stopped.

"Come On, We Can't Let What We Had Go, Friendship, Love, Tru-"

"Stop."

"Baby Girl I'm Sorry."

I Stepped Up To Her Grabbing Both Of Her Hands And Bringing Them Up To Mouth And Kissing Them Softly. A Tear Ran Down Her Face As She Snatched Her Hands Away From Me.

"I-i...I Can't." She Brushed Past Me, Walking Out Of The Office.

I Went After Her And She Walked Out Of The Shop. I Went To Go After Her But June Stopped.

"Jacquees Please Stop."

I Looked Around At Everyone Who Was Staring At Me With Concerned Looks.

"I Can't, That Was My Bestfriend And I Want Her Back, She Was And Is Everything To Me."

I Left The Shop And Saw Ming Walking Down The Street.

"Ming!" I Ran After Her And Stopped Her When I Caught Up To Her.

"What!" She Yelled Turning To Me And I Could See Her Red, Tear Filled Eyes.

I Couldn't Do Anything But Stare At Her. Her Heart Was Still Broken And It Made Mine Break A Little. The Look On Her Face Was Shooting Through My Chest.

"I'm Sorry, What Do You Want Me To Do." I Got Down On My Knees.

"Stop." She Said "Get Up, People Are Staring." She Was Pulling At My Arm.

"I Don't Care. Ming I Miss You, I Really Do. I Want You Back, I Want My Best Friend. I Just Want To Spend Time With You Again."

"Please Get Up."

I Stood Up To Face Her. She Was Searching My Face With Her Eyes. I Don't Know What She Was Looking For.

"Okay Jacquees... But We Are Only Friends And That's It. You Have To Earn That Best Friend Title Back, Which Means You Have To Earn My Trust All Over Again."

"And I'll Do That, I Don't Care. I'll Do Whatever It Takes."

I Grabbed Her And Hugged Her Like It Was The Last Time I'd Ever See Her Again. She Hesitated But Hugged Me Back. I'm Getting My Best Friend Back And That's A Fact.
