Safe to say that was the longest two minutes of my life.
But she hadn't run away so I must not have sounded completely crazy, right ?

"Your dad disappeared when you were eight and your favourite dress had green stripes and an abstract leaf pattern, that was when you were 14. You got it from topshop and Emma said it was hideous but you still have it at the back of your closet because before he disappeared your dad said you looked good in green. You havent worn any green in years" I found myself saying astonished that I even remembered any of this.
Khiana's P.O.V
Again I couldn't breathe, he had gotten so close and I didn't even know until I felt warm air hit my face.
Close enough to kiss, and that's when I looked up at him. Into his eyes, the forest I always lose myself in every night.
As I close my eyes.
"It's you" I said before I could stop myself.
"It's me" he replied sounding surprised.
We still hadn't moved away.
I was getting lightheaded.
"I think it's about time you got to bed."
The last thing I remember was being put into bed, and closing my eyes.
His P.O.V
She was swaying as we walked back. Obviously tired it took her 4 tries to open the front door.
I found myself carrying her to bed, I kissed her forehead and moved to leave.
"No stay" She whispered half asleep.
"You sure?" I asked.
"There's space isn't there..."
So I stayed.
Khiana's P.O.V
Light filtered through my window.
It was all a dream.
It felt so real. Rolling to the otherside of my bed, it was still warm.
It smelled like crushed mint leaves and fresh pine.
