Chapter 7

Akashi POV

The next day

"I really want to know what happen to make him quit the team. There has to some good reason why he left." I said to the coach. Also the other coach wanted to know and my former team to seirin team and mine as well.

"We know Seijiro-kun. His life is a mystery. But I think his father should know and thats where were heading to anyway." Rakuzan coach said.

As we were heading there we bumped into Captain Laito and his team.

"Doumo." I sai.

"Hey. Your heading to Echizen Ryoma house. As well." He said.

"You too." I said flatly.

"I need an explanation. This is a personal matter." He said.

AS we approach the house, We saw a cat run inside and a well Tetsuya #2 Started barking and started to chase it. as he went in we heard a loud thud and we march right in and saw well we saw a priest.

"Sir you ok?" We all asked at once.

"Yes i'm fine." He said looking uo.

But as he got up Liato spoke.

"Wait your that legendary Tennis player The one who can play with his eyes closed. The samurai people are talking about. Wait....Your name is?" He aked.

"The names Nanjiro Echizen." He said.

We stared at him Echizen. You mean Ryoma-kun dad.

"I know what your thinking. IS this ryoma dad?" HE said.

"Yea its a shocked." I told him.

"Oh well. Why are you here? Ryoma left if your looing fr him.

"No thats not why were here. We answers. For one why did Ryoma quit basketball." I asked.

"Basketball. He shouldn't be playing. Its the last thing I want from him. Why is he playing when he knows full well whats going to happen." He started to act frighten. "After what happened last time."

"last time?" Tuou coach asked. "What do you mean last time?"

"He never old you." He said surprise. " I see he did not want to worry you guys."

"Tell us." Hyuga asked trying to get an reasonable answer.

"Fine i tell you come inside." He said as we followed him.

"OK tell us now." I said getting impatient.

"The day he quit. I wont really tell you the story but all I can say is be careful. Its not mine to tell. He has to tell you the story. Ryoma has a rough past wth basketball. Enter zone go universal eye on everyone. But i will tell you or warn you that if he enter zone with universal eye. Stay the hell away from him." he warned us.

"Why?" Tetsuya asked.

"AAAH" He screamed like anyone would do since well he invisible to everyone. "Did see you? Oh well he could kill you."

"Wht do you mean?" I asked.

"Ryoma isnt stable when he is like that. He almost killed sombody." He said.

What we heard was not what we expeced but why exactly did he try to kill?

Ryoma POV

I knew they wanted answers. But it isnt what I wanted. I cant tell them not ever.

Flashback

I was playing against the Osaka school. I forgot what the name. 

As I as about to shoot, I ot knocked down by a tall and lean guy. He looked down on me and smirked. 

"Ha thats it. They said you were good. But it was a joke. You couldnt even lift a finger against me. You lost." He laughed. "This little runt thinks he cant beat the big boys. Well Knew flash your short and nothing like a puny baby crying for his moomy." 

I got so iritated and for some reaon I felt so much power through my universal eye and The fact that I had force the door to zone open. But that when I blacked out. Te next thing I knew I was with my dad at the police station.

"huh what happen?" I asked.

"Son you dont remember?" My dad asked in a worried tone.

"No the last thing I remember was entering zone and then i blackout why?" I asked him.

"Son you almost killed someone. You were so filled with hate." He told me.

"What?" I asked.

"Thats impossible." I said.

"Son ou lost yourself." He told me, "I could show you the video." 

He took out a tape and showed me that video. I had red eyes like a demons. And that sadistic smile like i Enjoyed his pain so much. This isnt me. This cant be me."

Flashback Over

Ever since that day, I tried never to enter zone but no matter how much I try It ended up  the same way. I hurt some one and then end up in the police station. So The solution was quit basketball. Never return until now. Why? Did I say I try?

That thing inside me must never come out. Why? Does it Happen to me? Why?

Kuroko POV

After Ryoma father showed us that video, no one uttered a sinle word. That boy on tha court whas the living demon. He wasnt like today. He looked like he was about to kill that boy.

"Thats why he left." muttered Laito. "he didnt want to hurt any one else."

"But he could at least try to stop it." Kagami said.

"No that thing inside ryoma cant be stopped. He trying so hard t put it under control but it led another way and led to his destruction. YOu wouldnt understand how he feels right now Ashamed and hurt and more importantly despair." His father told us. "and dont tell him I showed you this."

"We wont sir." We told him.

"Thank you." he said and told us to leave before he comes.

As we walked my team sarted to talk.

"Now that we know why? Its hard to believe that he can kill."  Captain Hyuga said.

"We know. WE didnt know how much feeling he had," Coach Aida mutterd.

"he lived through it. Replaying in his mind. Every single moment." Izuki said.

"Its sad to think he trying." Kiyoshi said.

AS we tried to think of the future but all we could think and worry about was Ryoma how is he going to go trhough this.
