Chapter 5 The Council Meeting

Haley's P.O.V.

I awoke to the sound of Elves playing music with the birds and other animals singing along. I look up to see Legolas still sleeping I gently smile and kiss under his chin and slowly unwrap his arms from around me. ~Time Skip to after bathing because we all know how taking a bath or shower goes except she's now wearing a bathrobe type thing instead of a nightgown~

I arrived back to our bedroom and walked in. I noticed Legolas was up and almost done getting dressed [yes he bathed but you know how fast guys shower they take like 10-15 min.] I smiled and walked over to our bag and got out the dress i was going to wear to the meeting and started getting ready by putting the dress on, for the meeting is in an hour.

"Melamin, can you help me with the back of my dress." (My Love)

I heard quiet footsteps come behind me and I felt those tender hands with calluses, from practice and use of his bow, on my back causing my back to arch and goosebumps to rise on my skin. I turned my head to face Legolas who was looking at me my right hand rose and touched his face. His hands moved and grabbed the string I could feel the dress tightening while laced it once he was done with my dress I felt his hands go to my waist. I never turned my head away from him and neither did he. I felt his thumbs begin to rub up and down.

"Le Hannon, Melamin." (Thank You, My Love.)

I leaned up and pecked his lips. He was about to kiss me again until there was a knock at the door Legolas took his hand from my waist and turned towards the door.

"Who is it?"

"Nibenil (Small Female) I am a servent sent here by Lord Elrond to escort you to the meeting"

"You may Enter"

A she elf with brown hair with Blonde tips and forest green eyes. Her eyes looked at me then Legolas, her eyes never leaving Legolas. She curtsied.

"Heru en amin, Arwen en amin. Shall we go?"(My lord {non familiar}, My lady {non familiar})

"Le Hannon." (Thank You)

I pulled the hood over my head to cover my face and walked over to Legolas and grabbed his hand and intertwining our fingers, the she elf seemed to give a glare at me for a few seconds before she stopped and turned leading us to where the meeting would be held, we followed after the She elf to where the council will meet. When we arrived the other elves were there along with the Dwarves and Men. I took my seat beside Legolas as he sat beside the Elves I was sat near another elf who seemed kind but was quiet. Soon Elrond Appeared along with Gandalf and a Hobbit, the hobbit has Brown hair and blue eyes. Elrond stands and begins to speak.

"Strangers from distant lands ... friends of old. You have been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor. Middle-earth stands upon the brink of destruction. None can escape it. You will unite...or you will fall. Each race is bound to this fate...this one doom... Bring forth the ring, Frodo. "

The Hobbit stands and begins to walk toward the pedestal in the middle of the floor and set a golden ring down also know as The ring of power. Soon there were gasps and whispers about doom, rumors being true, and many more. I inhaled a sharp breathe and I felt Legolas tense and shift slightly. I grabbed his handand rub my thumb over the back of his hand. A man stands up, he had red hair and brown eyes.

"A dream, I saw the Eastern Sky grow dark but in the west a pale light lingered. Voices crying Doom's near at hand. Iseldurs bane is found. Iseldurs pain."
