The last thing I expected to see was...her. I could have sworn she was dead.

Her accident became breaking news within minutes and everyone thought she was dead.

It almost became a known fact and even though no body had been found, the details just seemed so realistic yet so gory- but now I see her.

Paralysed, she lays there with her pale grey eyes wide open, a fearing expression is smudged over her face.

She's alive- her chest rises and drops every few seconds.

After what felt like a life time of spending the dark and gloomy nights weeping, this means the world to me but I just don't know how to react.

Panicking, I search desperately for help.

Where am I?!

Glancing down I notice the vacant look in her eyes.

The way she stares into the now star-lit sky as if she were trying to pierce a small hole through it.

It's familiar, unusually familiar, where do I know it from?

Images flash rapidly through my mind and there I see her- the woman with that exact same stare.

It's too much to take in and understand.

I lightly tap the side of her body with my hand to try and estimate her body temperature.

She quivers and screams then her eyes lock shut quicker and tighter than a factory roller door.
