"Alright um, I'll check we are at the right place," I pull the note out of my pocket and read it aloud. "Ok, Far Street, yep this is it. I think we are after something to do with fingers!" Maive thinks hard for a split second.

"The ring shop! Yeh?!" She points to a shop just across the road, I smile at her knowledge of fashion shops and race to the crossing. Maive slams her hand onto the button and almost instantly the traffic lights make a sound meaning we can cross. Together we run across the road and to the shop.

I search the shop frantically in need of a clue; the shop keepers glare horrifically and one offers to help me but I ignore them. And then I see it a small blue note under the case of a fake gold and diamond necklace. The node reads: To your left and then to ELLICA. Your PHONE has your HOUSE address.

My eyes dart to a little ring stuffed in a box of tissues.

"Clever..." I mutter quietly and pull it out. I discover that it is smothered in what looks like a heavy coat of blood so I grab a clean tissue and wipe it off, it reveals Ellica's ring I gave her for her 14th birthday which was last year.

"No, no... She's not dead!" protests Maive.

"I know, it's tomato sauce," Maive releases a sigh of relief in harmony with mine.

I grab the note and put it in my pocket along with the others.

Next stop, Ellica's house.
