Alex's POV:

Alex walked off the bus and onto the street. She waited for Noah to get off and they walked inside together. Alex stopped to look around the lobby. It looked like a really fancy 5 star hotel! The walls were gleaming marble and the brown stone edges were shining. The floors were beige with little bits of glitter. You could see yourself in the reflection.

"This place is insane!" Alex shouted as it echoed throughout the entire lobby. "Oops."

Noah laughed. "I know right! I can't believe we live here now!"

"It's gonna be so much fun!" Alex said while trying not to scream again.

They continued walking to the front desk.

"Hi, I am Alex Mackenzie. Can I have the key for room 131 please?"

"Here you go, ma'am." the worker replied, handing her the key.

Alex stepped aside and Noah stepped up.

"Can I get a key for room 132? My name is Noah Logan." Noah asked the worker.

"One second..." the worker said. "It appears you don't attend this university."

"Yes I do, I'm starting today." Noah nervously said.

"No, you don't. I will need to find your name. Until then, you can stay somewhere else."

"You can stay at my apartment for a few days." Alex quickly added on.

The worker pointed to Alex and nodded.

"Sure." Noah shrugged.

Alex and Noah walked into the elevator and to Alex's apartment. They stepped inside. All the walls were white. To the left, there was the kitchen. It had granite counter tops with white cupboards and an island. It was a good sized kitchen for Alex, as she doesn't cook that much. To the right, there was the living room. The couch was black and kind of fuzzy. It had a big painting of the Eiffel Tower above it. Beside the couch there was a plant, a little bit taller than the couch. On the wall infront of the couch, there was a 50 inch tv mounted on the wall. To the right, a chair that matched the couch. To the left, a door that steps out onto a balcony. In the middle, there was a glass coffee table. Down the hall there is two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study room. They were in amazement while touring through the huge apartment.

"This is amazing!" Alex stunningly said.

Noah walked over to the balcony in amazement. "Wow!"

Alex took her suitcase and brought it to her room. She took all of her belongings and put them of the shelves and in her dresser.

"I can't wait to decorate my room." she said to herself.

Noah's POV:

Noah unpacked all of this stuff and put it in the dresser. He would take everything back out in a few days when he moved into his own apartment. Even though this wasn't his apartment, he still got excited to move into it for a few days. It seemed so cozy and not small at all. It was actually way better than he was expecting!

Alex's POV:

"Noah!" Alex yelled.

"Yeah?"

"Do you want to go out for supper?"

"Sure. I'll be right there."

"Okay!"

They both got their jackets on and headed out to a restaurant. Alex and Noah got a pizza to share. They talked about their lives some more and got to know each other better. Both of them laughed a lot and enjoyed their food. When they were done, they took the leftovers home.

Night came and they both got tired because it was a long day for them. Moving to a new place for the first time without family was a big deal. Both of them became better friends then they were before and were happy to be living together for the next few days. They both just couldn't wait to start their new lives.
