Chapter 2: What just Happend?

So I'm pretty excited about this.. I dunno what else to say so hehe..

When I got to my locker, I couldn't believe what I saw..

Alicia was flirting with Damian..

Right in front of my locker.

What?

I saw her twisting her hair in that weird way that girls do when they flirt... And she couldn't stop smiling... After she left I walked up to Damian. "What just happened?", I asked. "Well if I'm right I think I just got invited to be Alicia's date for a party" "What?, But you hate Alicia." "Well you know. Girls can change" "Yeah right. So am I still coming over?" "Yeah let me just go get my stuff"

The whole afternoon, I could tell that Damian was distracted. And I knew why too. It was Alicia. I am almost certain she is just flirting with Damian because she is trying to ruin my life!! Okay maybe I'm being a little dramatic? Either way I kicked Damian's butt!!

"Yo I gotta home and do home work, see you tomorrow at school", I waved as I left his house.

Damian and I have been best friends since diapers so he obviously doesn't live very far from me.. On my skateboard I was home in five minutes.

"Mother I'm home!!" Sometimes I felt bad for my mom. With my dad always being away on business trips and everything. You know, sometimes mom just needed a little help. I'm pretty sure raising five kids is not easy at all.. Especially when we're all going through our 'teen phase'... That is where me and Austin came in. But then again we were only 15...

"How did practice go Av?" My mother asked while setting the table... "It was fine. I'm going to go up to my room and do homework." Ok, dinner will be ready in a few."

I walked up the stairs and into my room. Like I said before, Our family did have money, which meant even though there was five kids, we all had our own rooms. My room wasn't anything special. The walls were mostly covered in all of my sports trophies.. There was some pictures of my friends and me here and there. I honestly wanted to redecorate my room.

All I had in there was my twin-size bed, a dresser, a desk, my TV. and some beanbags. I honestly wanted to put my hidden One Direction posters up., but the guys would never stop teasing me if they saw. My whole One Direction obsession wasn't as big as my friend Kori's. I swear Kori knew more things about them than herself. Anyways, I really wanted to paint one of the walls red. Maybe I could have an art wall. I knew that I definitely wanted to paint a wall black and splatter paint it with a bunch of neon colors.

Now I am definitely not your typical tomboy. I'm not the type that says 'Eww no skirts and dresses and heels!!' I honestly loved to dress up. But nobody knew except for a couple people like my mom, Astrid, Zoey, and Kori. Not even my brothers know because if they did, well I would be teased for eternity. In the back of my closet, I had a bunch of dresses and skirts that I've never worn.

'So tell me girl if everytime we Touch You get this kinda rush. That was my ringtone for Kori, since she was the only one who knew about me liking One Direction. "Hello?" "AVALON OMIGOSH DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I'VE MISSED YOU!!!" Kori if I go deaf this is on you." "Don't exaggerate I'm only stating how much I miss my best friend." "Well you should do your stating more quietly" "Oh shut up you know you love me!!" "Yeah whatever.. Anyways what do you need? "Well I just wanted to check on my best friend!" "I'm fine!!" "Ok.. So anything new happen at school?" "Well..."

"Well What??!! Tell me EVERYTHING!!" "Kori Calm down it's not that big of a deal!" "Yeah but now you got me all excited!!" "Well Alicia invited Damian to be her date to a party" "OMIGAWD ARE YOU SERIOUS!! TELL ME EVERYTHING, I WANT THE DEETS!" "Kori I need my hearing!" "Sorry, so how do you feel about this??" "What are you talking about? "Last time I checked you've had a crush on Damian since forever!!" Kori shut it someone might hear you!!" "Well Avs, I have to go now. Have a good night!!!" "Bye K" "Bye A"

I honestly swear one day, Kori and I are going to be mental hospital roomies. But that girl knows all my secrets. Sometimes I think she knows too much. Like my crush on Damian. Ever since the fifth grade when Damian saved me from falling off of the monkey bars, I've seen him differently.. I don't know if it was a crush or not. But he would never date me... Would he?

So I hope that chapter was longer.. maybe better? I need some names for characters. and I need young actors to play Avalon's siblings. and Damian. So I hope you liked it!!
