Chapter 7: Paint Fight

Umm well I noticed that I had 76 reads and I flipped out because well, it's 76!! Anyways this chapter is just a filler chapter... kinda...

Avalon's P.O.V.

It was Sunday morning and I had just called Kori and invited her over. I was currently on my bed, in some old sweats and a black tank top. I really needed to talk to her about yesterday. I feel bad that she had to babysit yesterday so today we are going to paint my room. This should be fun considering I'm going to do my idea and splatter paint a black wall!! I'm pretty excited about this because not only is it one wall, but the whole room. My mom said I could even do my closet and bathroom.

I decided against that because

A) I would have to take everything out of my closet and bathroom

B) I would have to cover up my mirror in the bathroom

C) There is school tomorrow, and we only have so much time

D) I need a place to sleep tonight

As I was waiting for Kori to get here, I decided to look on Facebook. I had one new friend request, a new message and 13 new notifications. The notifications I ignored, I went straight to the message. It was from some guy named Justin Soto. Huh? "Hi Avalon it's me, Ross, You're probably confused with the whole fake name thing, this is my private account." Umm... okay.. I went to the friend request. It was "Justin Soto".

"Hey what you lookin at?"

I looked up to find Kori at the doorway.

"Oh, nothing, so I was thinking you could help me move everything in here, out into the hallway?"

"Yeah sure"

With the help of Austin and Alex, We managed to move everything out into the hallway in about 45 mins... I gotta say, Austin is pretty strong. After my room was bare, Kori and I went downstairs to get the black paint. I don't know why but I am really excited about this. Kori seemed excited too. She had this huge grin on her face.

Sometimes I wonder what goes through the crazy girl's mind. Other times I would rather not know...When we got up to my room, I practically dropped the cans on the floor which was now covered in polyethylene sheeting, to protect my carpet, which is soon going to be replaced to match my walls.

Sometimes I wonder if I'll even be able to see at night with all of the bright colors... I think I might want to get new furniture too. I could get red benches and a red comforter. I could also get red furniture and a red rug. I think my inner girl was coming out with all of this decorating. Not good. I'm one of the guys.

But maybe that's getting a bit old. I mean I wonder if guys think I'm a lesbian or something. Oh lord what if Ross thinks that. No. Stop it Avalon, everyone knows you are a girl. And you know you like guys. I mean, I can't stop thinking about Ross! Wait what.. Never mind... I swear I need help.

"So, did you and Ross have fun on your little date yesterday?" God Kori could be such a tease.

"I guess, but I missed you!"

"Haha, yeah right, I bet you didn't even remember me the whole day!"

"Don't say that, of course I remembered you!"

"Mhhm suure"

"Whatever."

"So tell me, what did you guys do?"

"Nothing much, we walked around, had some food, took some pictures, did some shopping."

"Did he buy you anything?"
