Chapter 1: Entering The New Stage

Year 2099, Hong Jisoo will soon be entering the gates of ShadowCast Academy,when two guys suddenly appeard in front of him,blocking his way. For a moment he check them out. Both of them are wearing blue,two-tailed coat,black trousers,and black boots with gold sequin. Fourth-years, Jisoo thought. He have heard of the troublesome attitude of the SCA fourth year students while he studied in a small school during his second year. He heard a lot of rumors about them from some of his friends especially at the time when Jisoo recieve his scholarship from the academy due to his potential in weilding arcane magic. At first he didn't believe any of it until now. What are this dicks going to do now? He thought.

"Hey looks like a little mouse lost its way" said the first one who is good and nice looking if it hadn't been for Jisoo's natural ability to not only feel but see a person's feelings depending on what color is surrounding him/her. And as for this one, it is lavender. Lust, Jisoo said to himself. I should have known.
"Oh. No. Im not lost." Jisoo said politely. After all they are fourth years which means their arcane ability is a lot more stronger that his own. Still,he thought, I can give them a little trouble until someone come to rescue me.
"This little mouse looks thirsty, I think we should take him for a cup of tea."
"Sorry but no thank you. Actually someone was expecting me inside." Jisoo answered giving a little smile to his face but feels totally pissed off inside. It is his first day at the academy and he does'nt want to lose his scholarship because of this assholes.

"He's pretty cute for a mouse" said the other one. This one is quiet attractive as well but old enough to be his youngest uncle. Its not everyday you can see a 19 year old student with a mustache curled at each end.
"How old are you any way?" Said the first one,"do you live around here?"
Both of them slowly advance to Jisoo, taking a step at a time. The mustached guy leaned to him. Jisoo took a step or two back.
"Leave me alone!" Jisoo squicked rather than shout.
"You see? Your mustache scares every one." Said the first guy to his friend while chuckling.
"So? I think he's more cuter when he's scared."
Shit. What am I going to do now? Jisoo thought. I guess I'll show this braggarts what im capable of!
Jisoo's getting ready any minute to unlish his magic when a strong arm wrap around his waist and pulled him.

"There you are sweetheart. I thought I lost you. I was looking everywhere for you." Said the the man. He's tall, about 5'9 with raven black hair,yellowish-brown eyes, and dimples that decorated his cheeks.
"Hey! Were busy here!" Said the first guy. The man turned to him and said," Oh really? It looked to me as if the two of you were just leaving." The man then waved his pointer at them and then pointed to the other direction.
"What th---?!" The mustached guy said but didn't finish the sentence he was going to say, for the both of them bacame rigid like a statue and all of a sudden marched at the direction which the mysterious guy pointed.
"Dont hold it againt's us. Were actually not all that bad." The man said smiling down at him, his dimples deepening.
"In apology for their rash treatment, I'll be your escort today. Whats your first class by the way?"
"Oh. Im. . . . Im. Wait a minute!" Jisoo untangled the arm that wrap around his waste. "After what happened, how can I be sure that I'm safe with you? After all your wearing the same uniform that they are wearing. For all I know you were one of them."

"Well, I just save your life, so a little gratitude would be nice. And if I'm one of them surely I would not cast a spell on them right? And if I'm really planning something againt's you-----which their is none I assure you-----I should put you to sleep right now and do my thing on you-----which I didn't. So does that answer all your questions and doubt's?"
Jisoo realized that what he did was totally rude so he asked for the man's pardon.
"Sorry about that. And thank you for saving me." He said.
"No worries. Those guys really gave our class a bad name. So? What's your first class?"
"Oh. Ahhhm. Progress in Techmaturgy."
"Ahhhhhhhh. Starting Pyromancy now is it?"
"I think so."
"Come now! You don't wanna be late for your class right?"
As the two of them start walking, Jisoo cant help but feel comfortable with the man. Oh don't be stupid! He said to himself, You barely even know him!
As he composed himself to ask for the man's name, he heard a blood -chilling growl.
"Did you hear that?!" He asked.
"Pretty much." Answered the man calmly.
Suddenly, two enormous wolves appeared from behind, running at deadly speed.
"I guess they didn't like what I did to them." Said the man.
"Well don't just stand there! Do something!!" Jisoo said while tugging at the man's sleeves.
"I think we should run"
The man held Jisoo's hand as he drag him. The wolves were gaining at them when another pair of wolves appear in a few yards in front of them.
"Were gonna die!!!!!!" Shouted Jisoo. "I didn't even learn a single thing from the academy and now I'm gonna be some dumb wolves's snack!!!!"
"Not so fast. Just hold on tight and your gonna be fine!" The man answered,laughing.
Jisoo can feel the hot breath of the wolf on his back and the wolves in their front were a few steps ahead, when suddenly he felt his feet didn't touched the ground anymore. When he looked down, he was 13 feet above the ground, the wolves didn't expect their prey to leap, so they crashed into each other, exploding in a cloud of smoke.
"Now, straighten your legs and start walking. Just act normal ok?"
Jisoo,who was still in a trance,obeyed. He still can't believe that he was flying. Well in his part he WAS flying. Even in a world filled of magic, this part is not normal to him. Sure he can levitate himself but only a few inches above the ground, yet he felt really worn out after he did that. So walking more than 10 ft. High above the ground was really amazing for him.
"See? Not so hard is it? You are a natural"
Slowly Jisoo gained confidence. He could see people below, doing their own thing. Ladies going to the market, couples or friends hanging at some cafe's, kids playing at the streets. Yet, none of them are taking notice of two person walking in the air just above them.
After that, Jisoo gasped as he saw the breath-taking view of the academies grounds. Buildings in different colors and and sizes scattered, in the north part of the campus he could see the town, since ShadowCast Academy is a boarding school, students need to buy their own things so the head master build a town inside the campus to provide the students for their needs. They can only go outside the campus for vacation(Christmas vacation, etc.) In the west side, he could see the the green house----which really looked like a castle for him-----filled with different kinds of magical plants in various shapes,colors,and sizes. Meanwhile in the east, he could see the great forest that stretched until his eyes can see. In the middle of the campus, stood a three-story fountain. The fountain have six statues on it. At the very bottom of what looked like a cliff, sat a beautiful maiden holding a vial from which the water flowed. Next to her sat a little girl,fixing a sort of big robot,water sprouting from its back. At the middle,standing in a platform,stood a man holding a staff in his right hand and several scrolls on his left, the water pouring down from his staff. At the very top, stood a human-shaped tree(they are called Trents) on one of its branches sat a dwarf with his huge hammer, and finally at the foot of the Trent was the statue of the elf, drawing his bow, water sprouting from his pointed arrow. Suddenly, Jisoo felt that they were descending,and soon enough they landed to the balcony of a building.

"Be sure to be safe, OK?"
"Yeah. Thank you very much for your help."
"I look forward to meeting you again,Joshua." Then the man jumped from the railings. Jisoo rushed after him but, the man totally dissapeard from thin air. How the heck did that man know his name? Well, not really his true name, but its still the same right?

∆ All students please proceed to your respective class now. The classes will commence in five minutes ∆

Oh fuck! I'm gonna be late for my class! Jisoo immediately ran into a crowd of students in the corridor. He's got a lot of things to worry about starting now..

Also i did get some scene from a few movies if you don't mind. So lets stop shit-talking now and proceed to chapter 2!!!
