Norse Equestria (Loki/My Little Pony fanfiction)

Chapter 14

The 9 ponies (Loki, Thor, Spike and the Mane 6) stood waiting for the spell to work; they were stood there for at least a good half an hour, before Loki slowly walked back up to her body. He slumped down to his knees. 

"It's not worked," He whispered, head bowed; he turned away, heading for the library, which he was most likely going to use its privacy to grieve over Kalina. The others gasped, just as Loki turned, and they stared past him. 

"Loki?" A sleepy voice came from behind him; it was Kalina, and she was alive. She wiped her eyes with her left hoof. Loki turned on his heel, and gasped himself. 

"Kali! I'm so glad you're alive!" Loki hugged her, surprising her at first due to him usually being the one to be hugged by her; she smiled before hugging him back. 

"I'm glad to see you too, but I was just asleep, wasn't I?" Kalina looked slightly confused when she pulled away from his hug; Loki still kept hold of her hoof. 

The others looked at one another before Twilight spoke for them, "No, Kalina, Trixie actually ended up killing you. We had to ask for help from Celestia, who found a resurrection spell. We thought it wasn't working at first, but then you woke up!" 

"Did it really feel like you were sleeping?" Fluttershy spoke up, turning her head slightly to the side. 

"Yeah, I dreamt of a place where all my friends and family were, even those that have passed on." Kalina explained. 

Loki turned to Thor, hugging him also, "Thank you, brother, thank you for bringing back my happiness. If you hadn't calmed me down, none of us would have thought to bring her back." 

Thor smiled, just happy that Loki finally called him 'brother', "You are most welcome, dear brother of mine." 

Everyone/ pony gathered around Kalina, and hugged her. They were all so glad that she was alive again and back among them.
