"Now listen closely Thor," Thor could hear his mother's voice in his mind as he slowly opened his eyes to look around this new place, slowly taking everything in.
He had ended up halfway out of a pond, thankfully the papers containing the spells he needed to remember still somehow mostly dry, though his golden yellow mane was dripping wet. "You must try your very best to remember these spells, just in case, I will send them with you. Do not let anything happen to them, for if you do, you may never be able to return home or bring back Loki and Kalina."
As if nodding to his mother again, Thor slowly nodded, dragging himself up and out of the water. He looked to his odd form and rose a brow, though was more preoccupied with his 'mission' to think about it. He went to stand, though ended up falling forwards and hitting his jaw, his front legs going back between his back legs.
"OOF!" he grunted out, wincing and gritting his teeth.
"This shall be harder than I thought at first.." Thor muttered, blowing his drippy mane out of his face.
After awhile of fumbling around and trying to learn how to walk better, Thor finally reached back and pulled the papers from the rope loosely tied around his neck using his teeth. He assumed this was arranged by his mother, who had said she would do everything she could to help him on his way there, and to help him be prepared somewhat for his arrival there. Gently placing the rolled up papers on the ground, Thor sat and began to shake himself to rid the extra water, much the way a dog would do. Once he was mostly dry, Thor bent down to look through the papers again, just to see what all his mother had sent him, in case he were to forget--again.
She had taught him much in the time after Loki and Kalina vanished, though for some reason he never seemed to remember it. He had began to think that he may never show the aptitude for magic that his brother had. As he looked through the papers, mostly on how to get back and what to do in case of trouble or if someone got hurt; his brows furrowed slightly. He was just re-rolling up the papers and placing them back in their place when he looked up to see a pink pony with soft looking, fluffy hair hopping by.
Tilting his head, Thor rose a brow and decided to follow this odd pony. As he followed her, he got many strange looks from the ponies around town who happened to be out at that time. However, he ignored them and continued on, before coming to an abrupt stop. The odd, bouncy pink pony had stopped and hugged another pony, one who seemed to be male; and was now talking to him. The longer Thor looked at them both, the more he began to realize just who he was--or who he looked to be. His beloved brother, Loki.
"Brother?" He called, slowly approaching, a quizzical look on his face as he came ever closer to them; Loki and the pink pony walked into a candy decorated shop, which Thor found rather odd.
Thor snuck up to the window of the candy shop to see Loki and the pink mare talking, "Miss Pie... I mean Pinkie, I was wondering if you could help me. I wanted to come up with something I could say in my apology to Kalina, but I am really stuck on what I can say."
"Well, I'm not one for relationship advice, but I did find that most of us hurt those closest to us, so maybe say," Pinkie replied after (quick) deep thought, "We always hurt the ones,
We ever truly loved,
Just as the ones who truly loved us were meant to hurt us,
so when you hurt me,
I do my best to hurt you too,
Because like a knife loves skin,
I love you."Thor smiled as he overheard his brother say, after thanking Pinkie, "You know, Pinkie, you may be random, but you give good advice. Tell no pony that I said that to you."
"Okay dokie, Loki" Pinkie giggled with a huge smile.
"I overheard them talking, and thought to look out for Kalina's best interests." Trixie lied
"No, Loki was only asking for advice from the pink pony, you call Pinkie Pie." Thor stood up for his younger brother.
"Well, Thor, I would like to hear it from Loki himself; so would you be so kind to tell me where he and Pinkie are?" Kalina plainly said
