Loki goes on a walk to Sugarcube Corner for a bite to eat as he had heard it was one of the best in Ponyville. He wasn't the most confident around animals, so felt he didn't belong near them or they just didn't like him; he walked in to the shop to see the pink pony from before his freak out taking a tray of cupcakes out of the oven.
She turned around, almost dropping the tray when she suddenly saw Loki standing right behind her, "Oh, sorry mister; you scared me for a bit."
She sounded so happy; Loki wasn't used to this kind of happy, so he was a bit taken back by it. She trotted over to a small counter, where she placed the cupcakes carefully on to a cake display. She decorated each of them as she talked.
"I'm Pinkie Pie, you saw me before." Pinkie introduced herself, happily
"Yeah, about that..." Loki began with a frown on his face.
"Oh, I didn't upset you or your mare friend, did I?" Pinkie gave a concern look
"My mare friend?" Loki gathered this to be the equivalent to the Midgardians saying girlfriend; he looked rather confused to who she was talking about.
"You know that pretty white Alicorn that was with you." Pinkie smiled as she ate the frosting that got on to her face.
"You mean Kalina?" Loki asked and Pinkie nodded, "Oh, I guess she is, but no you didn't offend any of us."
"Are you sure?" Pinkie asked, still concerned; she could tell he was lying, so she apologised anyway. Pinkie pie happily bounced from behind the counter to stand in front of him, "So, Loki; what's up? Oh, wait, wait; I know! You want to make up to Kalina, don't ya?"
For just a second, Loki was left speechless at how a simple earth pony could know something like that, especially when he hadn't told a single pony. Loki rose an eyebrow, "Yes, how did you know?"
"Just a guess," Pinkie smiled widely, "So, what kind of advice do you have in mind?"
"Well, I thought... because we had our first argument before coming here... I want to make it up to her, I want to fix her bracelet and give her something special." Loki looked shamefully down at his hooves, which he shuffled on; he wasn't exactly used to asking for help from others. He showed Pinkie Pie the bracelet he was on about.
"How about that Tesseract thingy? That was pretty; you could do a matching necklace of a small version of that, using your Alicorn powers. I bet Twilight could help; she has, like, every spell. She could help fix this bracelet too."
Loki agreed, "Yes, I'm sure she can; she looked rather powerful. But, would you mind making me a snack first? I am quite famished and I have had a rather busy day."
"Sure thing," Pinkie smiled as she bounced back behind the counter to continue her cooking; she made him an Equestrian delicacy - daffodil and daisy sandwiches -. At first he thought they wouldn't be a good tasting food, but he thought it tasted better than most cooking he had eaten, but he also thought that could have been to do with him being a pony at that moment in time,
Once Loki had finished his dish, he went on his way to Twilight's library. Unfortunately, he bumped into Discord, "So, god of mischief; have you thought of our discussion from earlier?"
"I have, but I am in the middle of something right now; something important." Loki tried to continue on his way, only to have Discord block his path; Loki hinted for Discord to move, "You are in my path, Draconequus."
"Don't be so ill-tempered, Loki; you could have just asked me to move." Discord smirked
"Then do it," Loki was still not impressed Discord was still in his path; he gave a disapproved look.
