Lisa looks in the mirror: hmm, still no flat stomach, no thigh gap, still fat cheeks, double chin, eww.
Lisa to herself: omg, I look awful, I'm so fat. Wait, I found some really hard work out exercises, I'm going to do that, I really wanna see the number drop all the way down to at least 45KG.
