"Tony!!!" Pepper yells from the kitchen. "Dinner's ready!"
"Coming!" he yells back.
Steve, Natasha,Clint and Thor walked out of their rooms and sa down at the table. Bruce walks in later, rubbing is puffy red eyes, which lack of sleep.
"You should take a break, Bruce. You have been working your ass off in the lab for the past two weeks. You need some sleep." Pepper says as she brings out dinner rolls.
He smiles, "Thank you, Pepper, but Marcia is my top priority right now. I have to get her back before I can rest."
Thor smiles," That's the spirit, now hand me one of those bread rolls, Lady Romanoff."
Natasha passes the basket of rolls to Thor and he takes two, then passes it to Steve, who takes three. Tony comes from his workshop, grease covered and stained and sits down. Steve passes the basket to Tony, and he takes five.
"Wow,Tony, I've never seen you eat this much since last thanksgiving." Steve teases.
Tony glares," I have been working day and night to solve what I did wrong. I look back at my calculations and I found a mistake. I recalculated it and observed the machine and noticed that someone has fixed my mistake on the machine, but it was none of us."
This makes everyone stand on edge. They were all quarreling and yelling. Pepper yells at the top of her lungs to everyone to sit down as she sets down the main course, Fettuccine Alfredo with pesto chicken.
Everyone dug in, except Steve. He had his head hanging low.
Natasha noticed and said, "Steve, why aren't you eating?"
"This was Marcia's favorite food. " was all he said.
They all stopped eating and hung their heads in silence.
"We will get her back," Clint says, "This is our new mission, we will find out how to fix this and get her back home" Clint and Natasha say in unison, then raise their glasses." To Marcia"
"To Marcia..." they all say in unison as they drink for luck to bring back their one friend and social glue of their entire team.

Robin's POV
I was super tired. Bruce and my brthes have been doig vigerouse training today, to get us in shape and alert for mission, as well as punishment for painting the bat mobile in Joker colors. I get back to the tower to find Marcia reading on the couch. I grab her shoudlers from behind and massage them.
"Hey Robin," she say.
I lean to her ear," Meet me out side in 10 minutes"
I run off and change into a pair of pants and a casual t-shirt. I make sure the door is secure before I tae off my mask and put on a pair of shades. Batman has a deal, if I'm taking off my mask, I must wear these shades that are so dark that it's hard for the other person to see your eyes, keeping your identity secret.
I hear a knock on the door, "I'm ready!" I hear Marcia from the other side of the door.
"Be a sec!" I yel as I grab my special present I bought for her.
We arrive at the restaurant. I decided to take her to a five star restaurant, called Estilo Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse. I walk ahead, with Marcia's hand in mine, but she doesn't move. I put my arm around her shoulder. She was terrified and tense.
"What's wrong? Too much?" I ask.
"N..No, I... I ..It's G....G.Great!" she stutters. She was obviously very scared.
"You sure? cause' it sure doesn't look like that " I ask," We can go somewhere else less crowded than this, if you'd like."
"That would be nice, actually. I'm just a simple girl. You don't need a five star hotel and a lamborghini to impress me." she say, smiling.
I smile. We both decided to go to the restaurant that was two blocks down the other one, Mother Mae Eye Pie Shop. It was almost empty with very little people there. Just the way we both like it.
She orders a seasonal pumpkin pie and I ordered an apple pie. As we waited, we both decied to tak about our pasts.
"When I was little, I used to be in a circus with my parents." I say.
"Oh, That must have been so much fun. You must have gone to many places to perform." she says, intrigued.
"Yeah, well, it was all fun and games until my parents died in an accident." I say, as I look down at my hands which were under the table, holding the small gift.
She must have sensed my distress, because the next thing I knew was that she gets up and sits right next to me. I hid the prsent behind my back and stare at her in confusion as she plants a kiss on my forehead," I'm sorry , I didn't know." she says, sympathetically. She was about to leave to sit back at her seat, but I pull her hand and she sat back down, I pull her into a tight hug and whisper in her ear.
"Don't leave me."
"Never" she says as she hugs me back.
We ate the pies and left. As we walk back to the car that I 'borrowed' from Bruce, She talked about her life back home. I learned that she was lonely and no one liked her. She was different from the others, with her powers and all.
"My mother died when I was born, and my father is a god back at home." She says looking down.
I stop in my tracks. How could I feel pity for myself, when she lost everything before even opening her eyes.I look back at her, feeling the need to kiss her.She leans in a places a soft kiss on my lips. Her lips were delicate, soft, making her kisses even sweeter.I kiss back,my hands finding a way to her waist as I pull her closer.
"Thank you," I says in between kisses.
"Welcome, and one more thing," she says and let go. She raises her hand and slaps me across the face. I was shocked. I look back to see her glaring at me. I was completely confused. What did I do wrong? Was I being a spoiled brat?
"When were you going to tell me you were Dick Grayson?" She whispers I my ear as she leans forward.
