Dori here!
So I know you guys are probably still a bit upset that I didn't give you guys a good chapter so I hope this makes up for it.Author's Suggestion:
Had me @ hello~ Olivia Holt
Good song, not as new as Adele's "Hello" song but definitely not a disappointing song.On with the story...

"Don't say, Don't say goodnight you know~ You had me @ hello," Mira sings, walking into the room.My ears chirp up at the song. It was our girl song. We sang it every time one of us shared their feelings— their crush.
It was the normal 'hunny, you had him at hello' speech to lift up their confidence.Mira and April each grabbed one of my hands attempting to yank me out of bed, yelling "What time is it? Shopping Time!"
"Nap time." I mumble still half asleep.
It was 2 pm, meaning nap time, nap time meaning time to sleep. An activity they flat out refuse to let me accomplish.
The girls rip the sheets off of me and the cold air immediately greets me.
Still refusing to give up, the girls step up their game. I realise that, the moment ice cold water hits me square in the face.
Screaming, I chase the girls around the room, wanting to murder them.
After a while we all calm down and sit on the love seat in the small living room in the apartment.
"I almost forgot! I've got even better news to tell you than shopping—" she stops for a moment to squeal, then continues," I found my partner— I've been partnered!"
My eyes widen and I congratulate her.
"When?" I asked."Wednesday," she says still bubbling with excitement.
It's Thursday meaning I have 2 days to find my mate. If I don't find him, I'll be partnered to a stranger who isn't my mate.
Standing up from the couch, I go get dressed in skinny jeans and a "Limited Edition" crop top, with black vans.
Putting my hair in a sexy looking messy bun, I grab my room key and leave, ignoring the two girls gushing about how and I quote, " Totally Adorbs!" Their partners -- otherwise known as 'their mates' --are.
Strutting down the hallway, a sigh escapes my lips when I realise just how lost I am.
Seeing a door to my right, curiosity gets the best of me and I push it open. The first thing I notice is that the sun seems brighter than it was yesterday.
If you haven't got the hint yet, the door led me outside. If my assumption is correct, I'd say that's the back door.
Looking at the scenery before me, I can't help but smile at its beauty. The grass was bright green and the trees were scattered everywhere. There were flowers sprouting by the roots and a large garden on the right side of the backdoor.
Feeling my mood brighten drastically, I lean down and take off my shoes, ready to sprint through the forest, adrenaline coursing through me.
Getting into a running position I silently count. "1...2...3"
I burst through the trees, already feeling my feet get all cut up. I'll regret this later. An overwhelming scent hits my nose and me being the curious person I am-- I try to pinpoint where it's coming from. Every step I take towards the smell it gets stronger, letting me know that I'm getting closer.
And closer. And snap.Hearing a branch snap, I look up at the thing that made the sound.
And there he stood in all his glory, the man I was written in the stars to be with.
"Hello," I say, my eyes wide and mouth in an 'o' shape.
I'm screwed.
