Eren gasped sharply, not quite sure how to react to Levi's kiss. He could smell the alcohol on his breath, it was a pungent and invading smell. To Eren, it was a sign that Levi wasn't in his right mind and didn't know what he was doing. Even placed his hands on Levi's chest for just a second before gently pulling away.
"I.. uh, maybe you were right.. this probably wasn't a good idea..." Eren whispered, his voice sounded hoarse and broken in the otherwise silent car. "You drank more than I thought, you don't want this," he rambled on. Levi sat there for a moment and stared at Eren incredulously in confusion.
"You don't know what I want, Eren," Levi said, his voice piercing yet calm. Even shook his head and opened the car door, getting ready to step out and say goodbye. He turned his head back to face Levi, but his mouth opened in shock as he felt Levi lean across him and shut the door again. Even began to protest rapidly, but Levi paid him no attention. He turned the key in the ignition and put the car into gear before Eren could get out of the car, and began to drive off. Eren crossed his arms, glaring at Levi.
"You know, this is kidnapping," Eren said, his voice angry but not portraying how he really felt. He was so excited to be here with Levi, but wasn't quite sure why Levi had done that. What did Levi want with him?
"What's your point brat? Do you really think I'm going to get into any trouble for this?" Levi smirked, glancing at Eren. He could see the small smile on the younger boy's mouth and smirked even deeper once he realized Eren's angry facade was exactly that. His eyes kept glancing from the road to Eren, Levi couldn't keep his eyes off of him.
"Well... no I doubt it... but that's not the point," Eren sighed, glancing out the window. He was fully aware that Levi keep glancing at him with interest, but he didn't want to give him the satisfaction.. yet. Eren was trying his best to not look at Levi and to not smile, so he began to zone out and had a ridiculous grimace instead.
"I'll ask you once then," Levi began cutting straight to the point. "Do you want to go home, or come with me? If you want to go home, I'll take you back right now," Levi said, taking away Eren's game to play disinterested. He allowed himself a small smirk, a rare thing for him but something he just seemed to keep doing with Eren around. Eren turned and gave him the meanest glare he could muster, and it would have been effective were it not meant for Levi. Eren sighed and turned his body towards Levi and left the car silent for a moment.
"You know there's no point in asking that, you know my answer." Eren muttered under his breath, looking down at his feet. "I want to go with you," he finished, finally looking up to face Levi.
Levi turned and looked at him, and jerked the wheel, causing the car to go down a steeply sloped road lined with trees that kept hitting the car windows, before he skillfully put in to park at the top of an edge, overlooking the giant forest outside the walls. It was the most Eren had ever seen before of the outside world, and he sat there in the seat with his mouth wide open.
"...L-Levi..." Eren whispered, his eyes practically bulging out of his head. "How did you ever find this place?" He asked, glancing at Levi. Levi had his eyes glued on the forest below and he didn't answer immediately. He grabbed Eren's hand and put it in his lap, tracing Eren's fingers with his own.
"I like to be alone... I've found countless spots, but this is by far my favorite," he said, eyes cast down and the shadows from the moon lighting his face in a mysterious looking way. Eren smiled at him, and let him sit in silence, there was nothing else that needed to be said. Levi had just shown him his favorite spot in the world and that was about the greatest thing anyone had done for Eren before.
Eren woke up with the sun beaming down on his face, and he opened his eyes slowly. He didn't remember where he was at first, and he didn't remember falling asleep. He glanced around, the view of the forest in the day time was the first thing he saw, and his eyes widened yet again. God it was beautiful. He turned around to wake Levi, but when he did all he could do was smile. Levi had fallen asleep with his head leaning towards Eren's shoulder but not quite reaching it, and his mouth was open slightly with a little bit of drool pooling out. It was by far the cutest thing Eren had ever seen, and he didn't want to wake Levi up. He lightly ran his hands through Levi's hair, shocked at how soft it was. Suddenly, the ringtone Eren had for Mikasa went off on full volume, waking Levi who looked shocked at where he was.
