Three days. No news from Ash, and its starting to irritate you. "Is job hunting really that hard!?" you exclaimed while walking to the gate. For some reason, you've been able to dodge the skilled butler and was able to walk out of the house without an interrogation session.

You quietly opened and closed the gate upon going out.

Walked a few minutes, and in no time, you were roaming the streets of London.

Entering every store that caught your attention, looking for vacant jobs, you were somewhat happy that nobody was watching you.

"A maid, baker, assistant, cashier, seamstress.... What else......" you playfully asked while taking a turn.

Your eyes grew wide seeing a store with a very weird taste, and you liked it. A doll shop.

You walked to the shop hoping that for some reason, they had any type of vacant position.

About to touch the knob, you read the sign above. 'Closed'

You pouted. But like a little child, you walked to the glass of the store and admired the dolls that were displayed.

"Wooooow!! They all look so cute!! And re.....real....is....tic......." you slowly stood up upon noticing a doll that seemed to be a life sized doll holding a jukebox start to move. You tilted your head observing the doll.

Its skin was really made pale, its hair had a shine that almost looked impossible, its shoulders had some kind of wheat? Whatever it was, there were also some by the floor where he was sited.

You moved your face a bit more closer to the glass. And as the tip of your nose slowly touched the surface of the cold glass, as if the glass had some kind of string that triggered the doll, its head leaned to the side, now facing you sending chills down your spine.

"[Y/N]....... [Y/N]....... [Y/N]......."

Some kind of whisper was all you hear, your name over and over again as if you were being called or lured in.

You kept slapping yourself trying to convince yourself to wake up, but no prevail.

You closed your eyes for a few seconds, and as you opened them, you were closing a door behind you.

You were in the shop.

A tune started playing, a melodious tune that gave you a reminiscing feeling of home.

A time when you were little, your parents was singing thing song to you, their hands together that formed some kind of ring that was surrounded you. You remembered, that in those moments, you felt safe.

You were prone to accidents, but safe at the same time. The small barrier of people around you was your strongest shield. It was able to protect you from any harm.

Unaware, you were slowly dragging your feet to the doll, softly humming to the tune. You were in deep comfort, until you remembered something.

The barrier around you, your parents, they protected you. From any harm. Even those that they, themselves, are afraid of. They did it because they loved you. They loved you that's why they protected you. At all cost.

But, were you able to protect them?

Slowly, tears filled your eyes, slowly running through your cheek. Your knees shaking, you slowly kneeled by the doll.

The doll, handing you a ring. A blue ring that shined like a diamond, like the deep ocean was compressed to that one small stone.

Your visions were getting darker, whatever you were doing, you didn't know.

You felt very dizzy, you felt like you were about to faint.

Looking through the eyes of the doll, all you remembered was pounding sounds and a blurry voice like it was shouting.

Within a split second. You were down.
