Chapter 4: New Lord, New Village

Ankoraudge is really starting to improve. We have completed the plaza and even now have a merchant there, Aras, plus our food supply is steadily growing thanks to the fields and the farm we have established. I don't mean to seem arrogant but, I don't know what these people would have done without me, but all the same, I'm really glad for everyone.

Kato's POV

Lord America has really spunked up Ankoraudge a whole lot. The ideas she comes up with are just genius. Anyways, tonight we're throwing her a surprise party. For being the new lord and being the first lady. I really hopes she likes it because Abby, Austrya, and I have been planning it every day this past week. I'm not really good at these type of things, so thanks to them. We plan on having it in the plaza and even the new merchant, Archer, hooked me up with some extra food and supplies, since we have to ration out the rest.

America's POV

While I was cleaning up, Kato knocked on my door and he said he wanted to show me something. He blindfolded me and took me up a hill. It was quite the trek.

Once we got there he told me I could take my blindfold off. After struggling to remove it, I saw the glory. A new house! "Kato! I love it! You didn't have to do this!" I gave him a great big hug. He smiled. "I knew you'd like it, oh and I remember you said you liked Mediterranean things so I incorporated some of that into the house."

"Oh and we have one more surprise for you."

"What do you mean 'we'?" I questioned suspiciously.

"You'll see." and he smiled that heart melting smile that I love.

He blindfolded me again and we walked down the hill. He maneuvered me through the roads and then we were at our destination.

"You can take your blindfold off now." Kato said.

I slowly took off my blindfold and opened my eyes.

"SURPRISE!"

I was so excited! Everyone was there. Abby, Carter, Austrya, Braden, Roman, Celeste (surprisingly), Robert, Aras, and all the others.

"Oh my gosh! I don't even know what to say. Thank you guys you didn't have to do this you know!"

"Yeah but you deserve it. We would have just gone extinct if it weren't for you. We just want to say that we are grateful for everything you have done for us, and we feel that we should return that." Celeste gave me a warm smile and a hug. You can always start out on the wrong foot, but who says you can't change?

Anyways, see this is why I like Ankoraudge. The people are just so kindhearted, and they think nothing of it. I'm looking forward to the future.

1??? POV

I've kept a keen eye on Ankoraudge. I just can't believe he would leave to go to here. Why here? I can't believe he would just run of leave me like that, but one day I know we will be reunited, although I don't plan on him leaving any time soon die to that girl.

"Hey you! I just told you to keep an eye out on this village every once in a while, not every night bitch."

See he just left me with him, but just a couple of more years and I'll gone. Gone forever.
