Chapter 6

Harry's point of view

I was in a middle of a conversation with part of my group, until we were rudely interrupted by an alarm. At first I thought that there was a fire, because it was the same alarm when the fire happened three years ago. But I check the security cameras that I installed, no fire. Then a thought came to me, Addie was trying to escape. The girl looked like she was vulnerable, when actually she was very strong and very, very intelligent. I got the tranquilizer gun, and loaded it with one dart. That should do it. 

I ran down the hallway where she last was, and I see Ivan sprawled on the floor. Wow, she was strong to knock Ivan out. At the same time he wasn't too bright. 

"Ivan, witch direction did she go in?" He pointed straight ahead. I ran down in that direction. 

I could see her, frantically opening and closing every door in her way. She was trying to find the exit, but she wouldn't get to far.

"Addison!" I yelled."Stop!" I could see her slowing down into a stop." Stop running or I will shoot!" I said a bit more harshly this time she stopped and processed what I just said. To my surprise she started running again. I kept my promise and accedently shot her in the stomach. I meant to go for the leg, but I guess it didnt really matter

I got closer to her and I could tell that the dart was starting to take affect.  Seeing her in this much pain hurt me, even though she doesn't remember all the pain I caused her to her. It feels good knowing that she still gives me the look that she would give anybody else. 

Now that she was asleep I took her in my arms, bridal style. I couldn't help but grin, I just haven't seen her sleep. She looked so peaceful. The moment was interuppted by skylin walking in on me and Addie. 

"Boss, do you want a room to let her rest?" Sky asked in a cautious tone.

I took her up on the offer. We lay Addie down on a bed, and as we both started to leave I stopped and decided to stay right there with her. Sky didn't  really care that I entered Addies room again. I took a chair from the room and sat next to the bed. I looked at Addie when she was sleeping, she breathed in and out at a comfortable pace. Her makeup was smudged and her hair was like a nest, also she is drooling. I took this time to notice the features about her. She still had the chocolate brown hair, and the little bump on her nose, I always loved that little bump and she still had her perfect glowing skin. Yep, this is the same old Addie, just with a messed up backround story.

Addie started moving and groaning, it sounded like she was about to wake up. To make her fall asleep again I started hummimg a song to her, the one that her mom used to sing to her. Surprisingly it calmed her. I finished the song,  Addie was now fast asleep. I kissed her on the cheek, and I left the room before she would wake up again. I started to walk back to the room where the map was, and everybody was there dicussing, I walked in on them talking, then exactly when they saw me, they became quiet.

"What were you guys talking about?" I asked, they all stole glances at each other. Finally the one to speek up was Jackson.

"Harry we ment to tell you this before but we interuppted by the alarm." He looked over at ivan with an irritated look.

"What did you want to tell me?" I asked curiously. 

"Harry they're on their way here, they came for the girl."
