Best Snow Day Ever! (Lloyd)

Here it is folks! What you've all been waiting for! And I'm really sorry about that. But now that it's back to winter time, I finished it! I hope you all enjoy!

P.S. I tried to make this one longer, since it's practically a year late. Just don't hate me.

       You hum to yourself as you finish putting on all of your winter gear. Today, you and the ninja decide to have a day of winter fun. You guys also invited Nya and Bri (A/N: Hi *waves) of course. You finish putting on your hat and gloves, and walk outside.

     You find the ninja and Nya walking up to your house. They wave to you.

     "Hey (Your Name), ready to have the best snow day ever?" Jay asks excitedly.

     "You bet I am!" You reply with just as much enthusiasm. You run over to them, impatient to start the fun. You feel your feet slip out from under you as you hit a patch of ice. You close your eyes and brace yourself for impact. Instead of feeling the ground, you feel arms wrap around your waist and pull you back up. You sigh in relief of being saved from a bruised tailbone. You look up to see Lloyd holding you with a look of concern on his face, "Are you ok (Your Name)?"

     "Yeah, thanks." You answer with a slight blush on your face.

     "Come on lovebirds. Bri is at the park waiting for us already." Kai says as he heads down the block. Your blush goes a little darker at the nickname the fire ninja gave you and Lloyd.

     You walk with the others, Lloyd staying close to you in case you fall again. You and everyone continue talking and goofing off as you reach the park. You are all brought out of your conversation when you hear someone shout, "Bri uses blizard!" A snowball hit Cole right in the face. Everyone turns their heads in the direction the snowball came from, and find Bri laughing her butt off.

     "It was super effective!" She shouts in victory. The others laugh at Cole's expense for a moment. You look around the park, and notice a bunch of snow forts have been made. You also notice that on the far end of the park, there is a huge palace made of snow and ice.

      "Uh, Bri? What's with the castle?" Nya asks.

      "Right. I've made all of this last night and this morning! And I figured I'd add a backstory to our snowball, because why not? Anyways, long story short, I'm the present queen, and we are all fighting to become the new King or Queen." Bri explains.

      "But until someone steals my right. I'm queen of the castle, I'm queen of the castle, I'm queen of the castle." She says in a sing-song voice.

      "Ok, then. Everybody! Get to a fort, and prepare for war!" Jay exclaims, pumped for the game. Lloyd walks up to you, "(Your Name), let's form an alliance. It will be awesome."

      "Yeah, sure. Sounds like a great idea." You agree, happy that the green ninja chose you. After a few minutes, everyone is ready for the showdown to begin.

      "Alright everyone! War begins in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1." Kai shouts.

     Snowballs are being thrown in every which direction. You're huddling behind the fort, trying not to get hit. You're making the snowballs while Lloyd looks for open targets. After gathering enough ammo to last you two a while, you poke your head up, and notice Nya is wide open. You launch the snowball as hard as you can. It gets her in the shoulder.

      "Darn it!" She shouts as she walks away from the arena. (A/N: Yeah. It's the kind of snowball fight that is if you're hit with a snowball, your out. Oh you figured that out already? Ok, then I'll just let you continue reading.) You fist pump in victory and go back behind the fort for safety.

     "Nya! No!" Jay shouts dramatically. You watch Cole throw some snow at Jay's face, getting him out. The blue ninja growls in frustration. While the others laugh.

     Lloyd throws a snowball at Zane who is standing around confused at what to do. It hits the blonde haired nindroid square on the chest.

     "Sorry Zane. You're out!" Cole shouts before a snowball hit Cole in the back of the head.

     "Yeah, and so are you!" Bri shouts happily. She turns back to Kai, "Alright. We just need to get (Your Name), and Lloyd. We got this!" Lloyd gasps dramatically, "They are in cahoots! We must take them down!"

     You look around the side of the fort and see Bri is ready to fire her last snowball at the green ninja. But then some snow smacked into her shoulder. She turns around with a surprised look on her face. She points her finger at Kai.

    "Betrayal! You Betrayed me?! Now everyone will know of your betrayal Smitty-Warben-Jaeger-Men-Jensen!" She shouts walking off the arena. (A/N: Haha. Markiplier reference for the win.) You giggle at her outburst before focusing back on Kai. You and Lloyd duck back down behind the fort.

    "What do you think we should do?" You ask him, really into the battle.

    "Alright. Here's the plan. I'm going to distract him, and you're going to sneak up behind him and get him with our last snowball." He explains, handing you the last bit of ammo. You nod, taking a deep breath, "Good luck Lloyd."

    "You too (Your Name)." He answers, and gives you a quick kiss on the lips before heading out into the open.

     You sit there shocked for a moment, processing what just happened. Your crush just kissed you. You take a few deep breaths, remembering your in a war right now. (A/N: Ok, I know it's just a snowball fight. But I take them very seriously. So in this story so do you.) You peek up and watch Lloyd dodge all of Kai's snowballs. You finally get a good view of the fire ninja's back. You take aim and throw with all your might. You hold your breath as the snowball flies through the air, and lands on the back of Kai's head.

     You and Lloyd cheer in victory as you two are the last ones alive. You run up to each other and hug in excitement. Lloyd spins you around, excited that you two won.

      "Wait. Aren't you two going to try and finish each other off?" Jay asks, a little confused. You give Lloyd a worried look, hoping he wouldn't betray you.

       "Nah. Besides. Every king needs a queen." He states, wrapping his arm around your waist. You can't help the blush that's covering your face.

      "That is, if you want to be. My queen that is?" He asks sheepishly. You can't contain yourself.

      "Of course!" You yell as you jump up into his arms and kiss his cheek.

       For the rest of the day, everyone addressed you and Lloyd as queen and king, as you all just played and goofed around in the snow. You had to admit, Jay was right. This was the best snow day ever!
