Ninjago Christmas! ( Christmas themed Ninja x Reader one-shots)

Mistletoe (Zane)

        You laugh as Jay and Bri (That's Me!) throw tinsel at each other while we finish decorating the Bounty. Zane continues looking  through the boxes with Kai and Nya. Cole and Lloyd are digging out the holiday movies.

        "What's this?" We hear Zane ask for what felt like the hundredth time. You grin more at his curiosity. You love how innocent Zane can seem. Actually you love a lot of things about Zane. You look over to what he's holding so you can answer his question. You see a mistletoe in his hand. You blush at the thought of what people do under mistletoe's and the idea of having to tell him.

        "Oh, that's mistletoe." Bri tells him. He looks at her curiously, "What do you do with it?" You notice how Bri tries to hide a smirk, seeing the blush on your face. She stands up and walks over to Zane.

        "I'll show you. Hand me the mistletoe." she says.

        You feel slight jealously at the actions you think she is about to commit. Bri takes the mistletoe and walks across the room. You feel yourself relax, knowing she isn't going to kiss Zane. (Because that's totes mcscrotes wrong since you have a thing for him.) Bri steps up to Cole and kneels so she is eye level with him before holding the mistletoe over his head and kissing him on the cheek. She quickly scurries back over to Zane before Cole can react. Bri hands the piece of decoration back to the ice ninja.

        "Do you understand?" she asks. He stays quiet for a moment.

        "I believe I do." He says after what felt like forever. Bri mumbles something to Zane that you couldn't hear.

        "Hold on. Can we please talk about what just happened?" Cole practically shouts.

        "Not now Cole. Shut up." Bri says with a big smile on her face. Zane walks over to you. Your face glows a nice shade of pink as he raises the mistletoe over your head.

        You close your eyes and lean in to kiss his cheek. But you never touched his cheek. Instead you felt soft lips meet yours. You were quite surprised. Not just because you're kissing your crush, but because he isn't pulling away. You feel his arms wrap around your waist so you lay yours around his neck.

        You hear wolf-whistles and awws from everyone else in the room. Except for Lloyd who made more of an annoyed groan. You pull away from the kiss happily.

        "Did I use it correctly?" Zane asks, referring to the mistletoe. You nod happily, "You used it perfectly."

        "Good." He says before leaning back in for another kiss. Needless to say you two are now dating. Thanks to some mistletoe.
