Ninjago Christmas! ( Christmas themed Ninja x Reader one-shots)

Christmas Kareoke (Kai)

        It's Christmas, and you are enjoying it with the ninja, Nya, and Bri. (AN: That's Me! Oh, you already knew that? Ok then, moving on) You are all playing Christmas Kareoke. It's your turn to sing. You sit for a second, thinking which song you should do. You notice Kai is staring at you. You smirk, knowing what to sing. (You and Kai have a thing for eachother, but never admit it, even though you two flirt with eachother all the time.)

        You beging playing the song and swing your hips to the beat. You start singing Santa Baby. (AN: I'm not going to write out the lyrics because that will take too long and I'm being lazy) You keep your eyes on Kai almost the entire song, while his eyes never leave you at all. You dance around his seat as the song is coming to an end. You sing the few words right into Kai's ear before kissing his cheek as your "big finish". Everyone starts clapping as you take a bow, surprised you're not blushing . You glance over at Kai and see a look on his face that says he wants to talk with you. Thankfully, Bri distracts everyone, eliminating the tension, "My turn! I think it's time for My Christmas List, by Simple Plan."

        "Does that count?" Nya asks.

        "Well, it is about Christmas right? So why not?" Bri counters.

        "Point taken." Nya replies with a shrug.

        After a lot of goofing off and Christmas joy, everyone starts talking about heading to bed. Zane and Cole go off to their rooms first, soon followed by Jay and Nya. Bri and Lloyd are passed out by the tree. You realize that it's just you and Kai left. You quickly stand up and stretch, "Well, I'm heading for bed. Goodnight." You head towards the hallway, happy you were able to avoid any awkward situations.

        "Wait (Your Name). I need to ask you something." Kai says from behind you.

        You sigh as you turn around, "What's up Kai?" You try to sound casual so he doesn't notice how nervous you really are.

        "Look, about earlier, with the song, Santa Baby? Well, the kiss at the end? Well, um." He rambles, trying to think of how to word things.

        "Come on Kai. Just spit it out." You say, just wanting the awkward tension to end. Kai closes his mouth for a second, before leaning in, and giving you a kiss on the lips. You get over the shock kind of quickly, and kiss him back. You two break apart.

        "I was trying to say I like you." Kai says, slightly out of breath.

        "Don't worry. I think you got the point across." You say with a chuckle.

        "So, will you be my girlfriend?" Kai asks with a slight blush. You lean in and kiss him again.

        You wrap your arms around his neck as he puts his hands on your waist. You pull away for a short second, "So, did I get my point across?" Kai nods, "Yeah, I think I got it."

        "Good." You say before leaning back in.

        "Finally. I thought you two were never going to get together." You guys hear someone say. You look up, and see Bri watching you two with a happy, yet sleepy look on her face.

        "I'm glad you two are happy together. Well, goodnight." She says before heading back to her room.

        You and Kai chuckle at your goofy friend, before continuing where you left off.
