Kylie leans back and flys through the dawn air. Trent and Kylie decided that they wanted to go to the park instead of home after school ended. They might have, just maybe, stayed there for an extra 5 hours.
As Kylie feels the force of gravity exercising it's annoying law, she feels Trent's hangs gently grasp her hips and release with a push sending her flying through the air again.
At this point, she feels totally helpless. Her whole body is literally in the hands of Trent and this old rickety swing set.
She had loved the feeling of gliding through the air. Her moment of pure enjoyment was cut short when Trent asked if she could push him on the swings.
She hoped off the swing from way up high and landed like a pro... That is until she lost he balance a second later and fell on her butt.
Trent slowed the swing and hopped on like a eager little boy.
Kylie found amusement in watching him be so childish and fun. That is until she tried to push him.
She grabbed his sides and took all the strength in her to push him. When Kylie tells this story she will definitely leave out the part that she only moved a few inches and probably replace it with the small white lie that he swung so high that he flipped over the bar and did a full front flip.
After many strong willed attempts, Kylie gave up and sat down on the grass and caught her breath.
"Babe. You're a lot heavier than you look!" She gasps out as she tries to catch her breath.
"It's pure muscle Hun." Trent hops off the swing to join Kylie in the grass. They both laugh when she notices that he's flexing his arms.
The laughing dies down after a minute or two and they both lay back onto the grass. The couple gaze at the now billion visible stars and the street lamps flicker on with the dull golden light. Kylie gets grossed out when she sees all the bugs flying around and on the light.
"We should go before it gets too dark."
"Okay K." Trent laughs at his little rhyme and jumps up taking both her hands and pulling her up. He steals a quick kiss before they walk off towards their house.

Another day, another 8 hours of school.
That was Kylie's new life motto considering she was had to suffer through it for another 75 days.
She felt super overwhelmed thinking about the 600 hours of schooling she still had to accomplish before graduation.
However, everything would most likely be so much easier if is wasn't for Sierra Berg.
A.k.a "Kylie's tormentor"
Sierra had always tormented Kylie since the first day of freshman year when Kylie beat out Sierra for cheer captain.
At the time Kylie thought that was the most important thing in the entire world. "Cheer captain." It brought smiles to every girl trying to make it as a cheerleader. And Kylie got it.
Looking back now, she realizes how idiotic she was for losing one of the best friendships she has ever had.
Sierra and Kylie had been best friends after meeting at a cheer summer camp in the 3rd grade.
Up until freshman year, they were inseparable. One was always at the others house. And there was no doubt that they were best friends. She was the only other person in the entire world that knew what her dad did to her.
Sierra made a promise that she would never tell a soul what she saw unless Kylie wanted or asked her to.
That promise was held even after the whole cheer captain issue. Until now.

Kylie and Trent were walking down the hall together when Sierra strutted past purposefully hitting her with her shoulder knocking her down.
"Trent I'll see you in P.E. What do you want from me?!" Kylie yelled out frustrated from the constant torture from Sierra.
"I want you to go away." She said blatantly.
Kylie just nodded her head and walked away. Not liking this, Sierra grabbed her shoulder and made a strange face only to be compared to a rabid dog.
"No we aren't done here!" She screamed.
"But-" Kylie cut herself off with laughter when she thinks about what altercation that just took place.
"I want you to leave!" She said as if Kylie was thick in the head.
"Okay..." Kylie said confused as she turned away once again. And as patterns go, Kylie was jerked back again. However, this time Sierra pulled him back and punched her right in the jaw. She has to admit, the punch definitely had some weight behind it but it didn't even come close to the pain of David's fist.
Not wanting to start and altercation, all Kylie does is stand up and wait for her to finish her ranting.
"You still can't fight back. Just like with Davi-" that's all Sierra got out before she hit the floor with a broken nose and a couple missing teeth.

Nothing happened to Kylie luckily because when she got pulled into Mrs. States' office, she told her that she hated Sierra but she needed to discipline her in some way.
"Look sad and start crying when you walk out of the room." Kylie nodded and left the room crying. All of Sierra's friends looked at her with contempt and laughed with they saw her cry. If only they knew.
Kylie saw Trent round the corner with a concerned look and it breaks her heart to see it deepen even more as he sees her tears.
He pulls her into a tight embrace and Kylie positioned herself to whisper in Trent's ear.
"I'm faking." She says and all the sudden a giant, loud, fake sob rings out into Trent's chest.
She knew without looking that everyone around them were either laughing or feeling sorry for her.
That's what happens when crazy meets crazy.
