Chapter 26

the white dress clung to my body... wow... this was a beautiful dress, i picked up the price tag... jesus christ! $70!? what the hell!? i took it off and tried on a mint coloured dress, it was short at the front and long in the back, it had like flowers prints on it... it was stunning... i checked the tag before trying it on... $30... okay... not that bad... i pull it on... itsat just right on my boney hips, not many dresses did that... it had a little pink belt around the middle, i had a pair of pink heels that were exactly the same colour! i stared at myself in the morror for a few seconds... i actually looked... pretty?

"luke..."

"yeah?"

"this is the one..."

"can i see?"

"no! its a suprise" i giggle

"mean, come on, hurry up, we've got stuff to do" he laughs

"what stuff?"

"its a suprise" i can pretty much hear is grin, i giggle

"okay, one sec" i laugh, i take off the dress and put it on the chair next to me, i pick up my shorts and put them on first, followed by my top, i had left my vans on, so i was ready to go...

i walked out of the dressing room and grabbed lukes hand, he kissed my cheek and we went to pay for the dress, i wouldnt let him see it so i told him to go and look in the windows of other shops for some shirts, he left and i payed the $30 for the dress...

"hey, find anything?"

"yeah, theres a cream shirt over there" he says smilng

"cool, then lets go try it on" i said kissing his cheek.... we walk over to the shop, hand in hand... luke drags me in and i find him the right size, we walk over to the changing rooms, he goes in, i stand awkwardly next to the door...

"mia..."

"yea-" before i can finish he swiftly pulls me into the dressing room... "what was that for?" i laugh

"help!!" he had the shirt on backwards... wow... the guys like 17, but he still cant dress himself...wwwwwooooowwwww.... i laugh and take the shirt off of him... i put it on the right way round, wow... nice abs... i try not to stare... my eyes lock on his.. i smile as i button up the shirt...

"ya know... you look pretty good" i laugh

"ya know... i love you" he says kissing my lips, i kiss back

"so... everything feel okay?" i say, doing the last button up

"yeah... its awesome, worth the $20"

"awesome, so, ready to pay or you wanna try some others on?"

"nah, lets go pay" he smiles, i nod, he takes the shirt off as i walk out of the dressing room

"mia!?" i hear my name being called from accross the room, followed by laughs... i turn to see who it was... no way...its that kid from the signing... matt i think his name was...

"oh, yeah, hey, matt right?"

"you remembered?" he laughed

"yup" i say popping the 'p'

"awesome.. so you're still in sydney huh?"

"i guess" awkward... "oh... i wanted to ask you... was that you on the bench... ya know... i ran past, to get a drink..."

"wait... that was you!? you had brown hair back then?" i nod

"it was black like 2 days ago, i just got it done" i say weirdly

"dude, he's been talking about you for like 2 weeks" another guy told me, i giggled a little, matt hit him in the arm, i laughed

"so you go to penola... i looked for you on the first day but i couldnt find you..." he admits

"yeah, sorry, i was with luke, we were working on our drawings in the art room"

"oh... okay..." he said as luke walked out of the dressing room

"hey" he says putting is arm around my waist, kissing my cheek.... matts smile dropped a little...

"well, nice talking to you, see you in school" i say as i walk away to pay with luke, i wave goodbye and they go back to shopping...

"wow, guys really have it bad for you dont they" luke laughs

"what do you mean?"

"he was practically drooling over you" he laughs again

"i dont pay attention to things like that, if he likes me then, whatever, i only like one guy and im not gonna wreck that relationship because of a random dude ive only known for like 2 minuets"

luke smiles as i rant on about how i only love him

"so where now?"

"follow me and find out yourself" he laughs, he puts a blindfold over my eyes, i walk nervously with him until we come to a stop, he takes the blindfold from my eyes... oh... my.... god!!!! we were at the fayre! i loved the fayre, how did he know?! unless...kat... grr... i kissed his cheek, jumping up and down, he laughed and payed for entrance

We went on every ride at least twice, it was amazing, I really enjoyed, like really, REALLY enjoyed, I hadn't been in sydney for a long time, and I missed it, but I'd rather live in Melbourne than here, only because i could...relax? If i still lived here, i would be over one of the girls' houses, helping them with homework, choosing the right outfit for the, to wear on dates... In melbourne,mi had enough time to do what ever i wanted....but today... The fayre....that was definitely my favourite part...

We walked back to the hotel, I kissed Luke quickly on the lips and ran into my room, straight into the bathroom... I tied my hair up and lock the door, I undressed as fast as i could and jumped quickly into the shower. I got out awkwardly, wrapping a towel around myself and blow dried the ends of my hair... I re-did my make up, adding a little more blush and a little more eyeliner, flicking the sides out,i put on a little clear lipgloss, grabbed my clothes and skipped back to my bedroom, still wearing a towel, I pulled out the dress from my bag and dug through my suitcase and found my pink shoes, i pull the dress on awkwardly... I really don't like all of this pink, But it kinda suited my skin tone so I left it, I slipped on my shoes and added a few gold bracelets and a necklace... I wonder what Luke was planning.... Whatever it was, I didn't care as long as I was with him...

I walked into the lounge to see a very sexy Luke sitting on the sofa, on my laptop, I attempted to sneak up on him, but my heels made a noise on the floor, he turned around, his mouth dropped...oh no... Do I have something on my face?! Oh god, he hates my dress doesn't he... I look down, fiddling with my fingers... He appears in front of me and grabs my hands

"you look stunning, I think this is the first time I've seen you wearing pink!" he laughs, I blush, he kisses my lips gently..."wow.. You wore gloss... Okay, where is Mia and what have you done to her?!" he laughs, i blush even more...if that's even possible...
