Sarah's POV
I woke up with a jerk and got up, panting. I just had a dream that the world was made out of silver.
Dream:
"Run! Sarah, run!" There was a boy who didn't look much older than me. I didn't know his name.
"No!" I was screaming to him. He had golden-coloured skin, electric blue eyes, with messy brown hair. A loud rumbling shook us from the ground and the earth split us apart from each other, separating me and the boy.
"No! I need you! I need more directions! What can I do?"
"Sarah, I know you can do this! You can save us! You just have to find your courage! Your courage, Sarah, it can help my people and help you too! Come see us!" I didn't know how or what he meant by that, but I know. That I was jumping into the black lava-like abyss that overtook me whole as I went down.......
"SARAH!"
I screamed, my body realistically jumped from the bed, my eyes snapping awake in alarm as I hit the cold stone-like marble floor.
"Owww! What the actual shit?!?" I screeched, groaning and getting up, rubbing my ass.
"Motherfucking ass marble floor is hard!"
I complained, stomping my foot on the floor, only ending up to hurt it too.
"Ow." I winced as I tried to sit on the bed. My ass just hurts so much. Stupid fucking double dream.
All of a sudden, because of that, I've gotten myself in pain.
"Ow!" I nestled myself on my ass, trying to make it comfortable to sit on it instead of standing up and then sitting back down.
"Honey? Are you okay?" Mum asks as she knocks on the bedroom door.
"Yes, mum." I replied, sighing silently.
"Come down. We have dinner ready," I nodded and then got up, rushing to the door and opening it, following Mum down the stairs and into the dining room. I sat in my chair and tried hard not to whimper or wince as it really fucking hurts.
Father tossed me a suspicious look and raised his brow.
"It's nothing fine, dad." I reassured him and he nodded in the situation, making my insides breathe with relief and pain.
"It's good!" I mumbled out as I quickly tasted my food when Mum brought out the plates to me and my father.
Mum smiled at me, but then we were silent throughout the dinner as we ate. After eating, I gently put my plate and fork into the sink, letting Mum do what she loves to do: cleaning. I went up to my room and landed on the bed, wincing again as pain hits my butt six times already. Deciding that I'll take a shower and brush my teeth tomorrow, I climbed my whole body on the bed and pulled the covers over me. I chose the 'sleep-on-your-side' position and yawned, tired from eating.
Then I closed my eyes, finding myself so comfortable and happy, and sleep awaits my return.
