Paul

Im Paul Shinji and I am an 'ice cube'.. Well that's what they call me. I don't even know what they mean.

I was always cold, I had no heart at all. I would always be alone only my brother and some classmates would talk to me. Then there was this girl named Dawn, and she was the only friend I had, aside from the classmates I call 'friends'. And yet.. i've grown to like this girl but I hate to admit it....

Im Dawn Berlitz! But my friends love to call me that offensive nickname, DeeDee. I swear that Kenny!!

I was just playing in a park with Kenny and Zoey, my two close friends, but I felt like the whole time I was being watched.. Weird.

"Zowweeey I feel wike Im bweing followed." I thug on my best friends sleeve.

"Don't worry, Dawn. No one's followin us!" Zoey put a comforting hand on my shoulder. "I swure hope so.."

Kenny appeared from behind, frightening us. "Deedee, Im here so no ne- WAAAH," I forgot to mention Zoey doesn't like being scared. I watch as Zoey swings her fist at Kenny before realizing it was him. "Don't scare me like dat!"

I laugh at the two and thought of how cute they are.
But.. I still feel like Im being watched..

Back to Paul

'I almost got caught..Wait what am I doing hiding behind a tree watc- stalking troublesome?' I thought as I hid behind a tree, as thoughts flew around my mind. 'Why do I always have to- '

"Paul! Wer are chuuu?" The annoying brat, Ash Ketchum, just had to show up. "Dere chu awe! Following Dawn ahgen?" Geez, he has bad uh.. grammar... yeah i'm sure thats it.

I sighed.

"For the tenth time today, Im. Not. Following. HER." Pathetic continued eating his chips with a lazy face replying to me. "Suuuuure," "hmph" I ran back inside. My face flushed red.

I sat at the tiny tables while I watch everyone play and have fun. It was peaceful so I had time to play by myself until Gold came.

"Hey, Paul! Wat ya' blushin' at?" Gold said sitting beside me. I looked around to see all the girls attention on us. Well all the girls except Crys. "Somethin' happened right?~"

Isn't Gold good with stuff about love? I should talk to him about this. "Gold how do you know if you awe in love?" I ask the now surprised Gold. "Oh~ What's dis? Our ice cubes gotta crush?~" His surprised face soon turned into a very.. Mischievous looking face.

"Well you know you're in lav when you want that specific persons attention right?" He glances at the blue haired girl who sat in a corner reading some books on Pokémon. "If you're brave enough you can actually confess to them"

Confess? Maybe I should. "Has is worked for u before, Gold?" I ask grabbing a paper while I start to draw a elekid. "W-Well I tried, and I got rejected. Haha.."

"Waw, good job." I got up, leaving Gold (and my drawing), as I went outside to pick some flowers. Some kids eyed me in shock. Probably thinking 'Is that Paul? And is he picking flowers?!' seriously mind ur own business.

*Skip to end of school*

I ended up inviting Dawn to the back of the kindergarten to play while we wait for our fetchers to come. "H-hey Troublesome?" .. I just stuttered ... I never stuttered .. this was harder than I thought.

Dawn blink a huge smile forming on her face. "Dwid Pauliebear just stutter?!~" I turned the other way and blushed. ".. No ..."

"Wat did Pauliebear want from me?" She surprisingly didn't get mad from calling her troublesome. I stood up and held up the flowers in front of me.

"I-I love Dawn!! Pls g-go out with me!" It was silent before Dawn exploded into a blushing mess. "W-well.. I lav Pauliebear too!" She took the flowers and a question mark formed on the side of her head.

"Wait.. Pauliebear and I are already outside tho?" I blushed and crossed my arms. "When we get older.. I'll come and ask you again!"

I was walking beside my childhood crush who I now call my boyfriend, Paul. Pauls grip on my hand softened as we walked.

"What are you thinking about?" I asked. "Are you thinking about me?~" I teased. Paul let go of my hand and pinched my cheeks.

"Owowowow!! Pauliebear stoooop!!" He let go and smirked. "I was just thinking about how dumb the little you was." I puffed my cheeks.

"What'd you expect? I was tiny!!!" I complained. Though I really was dumb when I was little.. But I'm not telling him he was right!! Paul gave me a peck on the cheek as I blushed.

"How troublesome," We continued to walk hand in hand. Now that you think about it we both liked each other since we were little.

I hope to stay like this forever.
