"Miss, miss, wake up please, miss!"
I groggly opened my eyes to an old, concerned looking man dressed in a drivers uniform.
"Oh shit, Im so sorry, I must have fallen asleep, where you waiting for long? Liam must be worrying sick! I'll get my bags, there's not much, can you please help load that one in the cat, it's really heavy-"
"Miss, I think you are mistaken, I am the cleaner for this pick up section, my shift is now over and I did not want to leave you alone, there are some horrid characters out there," the man told me. Huh, that was oddly kind if him, I smiled and said my thanks. Christopher, which I read on his name tag, smiled back, gathered his cleaning items and walked away.
"Wait!" I called out suddenly. He turned around in confusion but gave me is attention non the less.
"I'm sorry, I just wanted to know the time, my phone died," I explained, showing him my lifeless phone. He squinted his eyes as he looked at his watch.
"Half past four miss," Christopher replied, once again I said my thanks and he disappeared.
Half. Past. Four. My plane was due to arrive at one. Three and a half hours of waiting in a foreign city when my big brother was supposed to pick me up at one.
That was it. If he wasn't going to pick me up, I would find him myself, how hard was it to find out where the X-Factor singers stay?
-------------------------------------------------------------
Turns out it's pretty hard. They're all so secretive about it and especially the whereabouts of One Direction, because apparently they are one of the most famous contestants on the show. At first I figured they would stay on the X-Factor premises but they changed to a 4 star hotel because it's the top 10. The problem ever since then is finding out which 4 star hotel they are in. Which bring me to the present, after 2 1/2 hours of walking aimlessly through the city. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with walking because I run as much as I can, but this takes the prize.
"Flipping hell," I breathed out heavily. Looking around, everything in the day sort of hits me. I'm homeless. My brother is missing. My mother abandoned me. What the hell am I supposed to do?
"Sorry, do you have a phone on you, mine fell somewhere between here and well, 200m before here," I hear an eerily familiar voice ask. I whip around to see my saviour.
"Louis!"
The guy looks up alarmed by my loud call and seems very agitated, ready to run at any given moment.
"Look, I'll take a picture or anything, I just need to find a phone please," he said pleadingly, as he looked around anxiously at a few growing g group of girls pointed at him. They weren't that famous right?
"Look, I don't want a autograph or anything OK? I just want to know where Liam is," I said with ease. He looked at me funnily.
"Seriously? You're a Liam girl?" He asked hesitantly. I looked at him confusedly.
"What? No, I'm his sister."
"So you're one of the weird ones, well, nice meeting you-"
"-I'm serious! Look, Liam is really difficult to cook for when he's sick, cause he loves soup but is deadly afraid of-"
"Spoons," Louis ended. He looked surprised but still doubtful. I signed.
"Please, take me to him and if I'm lying, you can have security take me out, scouts honour," I tell him as I put my hand over my heart. Louis looked at me for a good 2minutes before responding.
"I'm not thinking this through, and will probably regret this," he paused and gave a mischievous smirk at me, "But that's why I'm not Liam."
