2- How it all started

"You know, I've been wondering this, but how did you ended up falling in love with me?" I asked my boyfriend, Darren.

We're now in my house, cause there's nothing to do today at all.

Darren had a day off so he decided to visit me since he also got nothing to do

"What do you mean?" He asked as he starts playing with my hair.

"I-I mean like, how did we exactly started?"

Darren sighed as he sat up straight and let me sit on his lap.

"Well, should we recall the happenings before we became together?" He suggested

I smiled all of sudden when the memories came back

"Yeah..."

Last prom..

It was prom night in our school and everyone seem to be enthusiastic about it. Even me.

My boyfriend, Jason asked me to be his date of the prom and of course, I obliged.

I felt so lucky to be with Jason and I think this would be the best night yet.

Right now, we're just sitting on one of the tables with him. For us, we decided to chill out a bit from all the dancing.

"I'm going to get a drink" I excused as Jason nodded.

I got up and went to the food area where there are various selection of food and drinks.

I just got iced tea and got another one for Jason. When I came back, he wasn't there.

My eyebrows scrunched in confusion as I look around to find him.

There, I saw him, in the corner of the room making out, with a girl

Both the plastic cups I'm holding, dropped to the floor. People looked at me weirdly but I cared less.

I felt tears falling on my cheeks. I sniffed and wipe those tears away.

Instead of crying around I just sat at one of the chairs at the side, while watching one of my friends enjoying their time with their dates.

"You okay?" A person asked. I looked at person only to find out it was Darren, my best friend.

A fake smile plastered on my face "Yeah I'm fine" I lied

"I know you're lying..." He said looking at me suspiciously

"Okay no, I'm not okay at all..." I admit

"I know, why are you here all alone?" He asks

My eyes slowly looked down at the ground "Jason cheated on me"

Darren's eyes widen and patted my back slowly as a few tears start falling.

"I'm sorry..." He apologized.

I shook my head sniffing and wiping my tears

"You don't have to, you didn't do anything wrong" I slowly smiled

Darren looked at me and his arms wrapped around me. I never knew his warm embraced could make me feel comfy.

"Hey, let's go outside it's kinda hot in here" he suggested

I nodded "Sure"

We went out of the ballroom and head to the mini garden at the back.

We stopped in our tracks and look at the sight. It was really beautiful.
