Samaras POV

I woke up to an empty bed. Where's Justin? He must not have come home last night... Fuck. I'm sorry I'm forgetting shit. I can't help it.

I hopped out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush my hair and teeth. Once I was done, I went downstairs to find Justin just walking into the door.

"Where have you been?" I asked him.

"Out" He snapped.

"Is everything okay?" I asked confused.

"Yes Samara, everything is fucking fine" He angrily said and left the room without another word.

Um, okay? Well, I don't know what I did to make him so angry, but what the hell ever. I went into the kitchen to make some breakfast. I decided on just a bowl of cereal and orange juice. I got out the milk and my favorite cereal, Lucky Charms. I poured the milk and cereal into a bowl and sat at the table and started eating. Justin walked into the kitchen and when he saw me he huffed and rolled his eyes. well my heart just shattered.

Okay, this is seriously pissing me off.

"What the fuck is your problem Justin?" I snapped.

"You called me Blake yesterday almost Sam! How do you think that'd make me feel?" He yelled.

"Justin, I'm sorry. I'm forgetting some things. After the accident I sometimes don't remember shit like I'm supposed to.. I can't help it." I said softly, tears pooling at my eyes.

Justin's eyes softened. "Baby, I'm sorry... I gotta tell you something tho. You're gonna hate me for this." He said sadly.

"What is it babe?" I asked nervously.

"I um.. I uhh cheated on you with Liz last night. I was mad that you almost called me Blake and I was being immature, and thought I could just get back at you. I'm sorry Samara. I didn't mean it." My heart literally broke. My tears wouldn't stop falling. Yup, I've had enough. I got up from my seat and ran out of the house without saying another word. I didn't stop to look across the road to see if there were any cars coming because next thing I know is I'm flying in the air and everything goes black.

*Justins POV*

I was running after Sam when I seen that a car hit her and kept going.

"Sam!" I yelled. I got to her side in less than a second. "Wake up baby! Please wake up!" I scooped her up in my arms and rushed her to the hospital. I got there in minutes and ran inside with her. "Help! Someone! My girlfriend just got hit by a car! I screamed.

The doctors were by my side with a stretcher and put her on it. I went as far as I was permitted and waited outside the emergency surgery room.

I've been waiting a while so I decided to call up Ryan and Chaz. I told the, what happened and they rushed here as soon as they could.

They showed up about 15 minutes later.

"Hey bro." Ryan said. "How is she?"

"I don't know yet. She's still in surgery." I replied. As if on que a doctor came out and called me over.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Dallas. I did the surgery on your girlfriend. Now she has some serious injuries. She has a broken arm, both of her legs are broken, she has 4 broken ribs, and her neck is severely damaged from how she fell. There was some internal bleeding but we stopped that for now. If the bleeding continues then we will have to do another surgery. We will just have to take it day by day." My heart literally dropped. My girl was in a terrible accident because of me. I kinda just slid down the wall after hearing all of that. I seen Chaz walk over and sit beside me.

"What did he say?" He asked nervously.

"She is very hurt. Dude, this is my fault. I shoulda never cheated on her. Now she ,I gut die because of me!" I couldn't stop the tears now.

"Justin, this isn't your fault." Chaz said. "You may have done something horrible but the accident wasn't your fault." He said, making me feel even worse.

I eventually got up and asked a nurse if I could see Sam. She gave me directions to her room and I sprinted there. I got outside her room and opened the door slowly. I walked inside and froze at what I saw. She looked terrible. Sam was hooked up to all these monitors and there was bandages all over her face. I took a seat down beside her bed and listened to her heart monitor go at a steady pace. I can't believe I caused this whole thing. This is my fault. If she dies, then what? I thought to myself.

I grabbed her hand and squeezed. I laid my head beside her and dozed off.

I woke up to the noise coming from the room. I woke up and realized Samaras heart monitor was flat lining. I shot up and yelled for help. A bunch of nurses came in and one of them dragged me out of the room. Everything wemt I'm slow motion from there.

But what hurt the most was hearing the words, "I'm sorry sir, she didn't make it"
