"Hello," the man says at the door.

"Umm, hi." I say.

"Do you have your tickets?"

I nod and give him me and Ruby's tickets. He tears off a piece and hands me back the stubs along with two orange wrist bands.

"You girls have fun." he says and winks at me.

We wait for Emma to get her wristband before we walk through the big doors into the venue.

I gasp.

Ruby whistles.

Emma whispers, "Woahhhh."

The venue is beautifully decorated with triangle lights shining and spinning on the high ceiling. A giant white triangle sits on the stage. It's illuminated by colorful lights hidden somewhere in the big room. The seats parallel to the stage seemed to go on forever and ever.

"This place is huge." I whisper.

Emma and Ruby can only nod in awe.

"Let's find out seats." I say a little louder.

They both nod again.

We look for row P and our seat numbers. Emma sits in 13. Ruby in 12. And me in 11.

"We still have 2 hours." Ruby says.

"Yeah." I sigh.

"So what are we gonna do?"

"We could get some snacks," Emma pipes in. "I saw a concession stand when we came in."

"Okay," I say reluctantly.

We leave our seats and weave ourselves through the crowd to the concession stand Emma saw.

Dan's POV

We all stand backstage with the interviewer. We're in that awkward silence when everything is quiet before they start rolling.

"So Dan," she starts, "tell me about your concert tonight."

"We have a concert tonight, here, in Los Angeles, California. In America! We've dreamed of coming here, and now it's our third time here. It's kinda crazy really. Especially since I never thought I'd be here now." I tell the interviewer.

She nods. "So are you nervous?"

"Of course I'm nervous! I might need a beer to get out there." I laugh. Everyone else laughs too. "Dan, you're actually pretty funny." the interviewer says.

"Yeah, I guess so."

"Will you come out after the concert is over?"

"Um maybe. I don't know. It depends. Most likely. Maybe..."

"So is that a yes?"

"Not exactly..."

"So...?"

I rub the back of my neck, "What I'm trying to say is I don't know for sure yet. I'm pretty exhausted."

"Oh okay." the interviewer laughs. "That was Dan Smith everybody."

I wave at the camera. When they are done shooting I hug the interviewer and shake the camera man's hand.

"This concert feels weird in a way. I have a weird feeling in my gut." I say.

"You're just nervous." Kyle says.

"Yeah, but it feels like someone is watching me." I look around cautiously.

"Everyone's watching you. There's nothing to worry about."

I nod. "It's probably nothing."

We walk to our dressing room where Woody and Will wait with Chrissy and Janna.

"How was the interview?" Janna asks.

"The same as usual." Kyle shrugs.

I sink into the plush sofa beside Will.

"Are you ready for another concert?" he asks.

"Yup." I nod ignoring the weird feeling.

Dick, our tour manager, cracks the door and sticks his head in. "10 more minutes guys."

I sigh. Everyone looks at me. "Dan, don't you like performing?" Chrissy asks.

"I do, bu-"

Kyle cuts me off, "Dan thinks something bad is going to happen today."

"We've been doing this for years, mate. Nothing bad ever happens." Woody says.

"Maybe it's just my nerves." I say ending the conversation.

Everyone nods.

Alex's POV

I walk out of the bathroom with my black skin tight suit. Let's do this.

I quietly slip through the crowd to my seat. Ruby and Emma didn't notice that I left, and didn't notice my return in new clothes. I sit in my seat just as the lights over head go out.

And everything goes black... I smile.
