When Phil was finished reading he was shocked. Phil would have never expected anything like that. Dan flinched, fearing what he thought was going to happen. but instead Phil started crying. "I-I'm so sorry" Phil cried. Dan hugged Phil and Phil started to calm down a bit.
"why won't you call the cops. Your foster dad can't do that"
