Chapter 5

Dan's POV

I limped back into my room and laid on he floor. Pain overtook my body and I felt as if I was going to die. My foster dad just finished rapping me and he went very hard. My leg was hurt a lot because he beat me first so the rape hurt more.

I checked out my leg and thankfully it wasn't broken (I've broken my leg before so I know what it looks like), but I'm probably going to get a bad bruise.

Phil's POV

I couldn't stop thinking about Dan. Today is his rape day (he 'told' me) so I'm worried. I hope his step dad doesn't hurt him to much. Dan doesn't deserve this. Dan is an amazing person.

____NEXT DAY

Phil's POV

Dan didn't come into school today. What did that terrible man do to him? I hope he's okay.

___AFTER SCHOOL

Phil's POV

As I walked home from school someone pulled me into an ally. I looked at who it was and thank god it was Dan. "Dan are you okay?!? When you didn't show up to school and I thought your stepdad killed you or something!" I exclaimed.

I'm okay. This mourning I felt like crap so I decided to skip.

"Oh. As long as your okay now nothing matters"

Thanks phil. For everything

"Your welcome. I can't believe out of all people, you have to deal with this. You don't deserve this at all"

Don't lie to me, Phil. I DO deserve this.

"Why would you think this?"

Well that's what everyone says. Everyone from foster parents to classmates say I don't deserve to be happy. They say I deserve pain

"Don't listen to them. You are a great person"

Next thing I knew we were kissing and it was perfect
