Dan walked into class and took his usual seat in the back corner. Phil took his seat next to Dan and smiled at him. Dan pretended that nothing happened, that Phil wasn't even there. 'It's for Phil's good' dan thought to himself.

As Phil walked out of the school he found a body knocked out on the ground. Phil knelt down and saw Dan. Phil picked Dan up and took him to his house. Phil placed Dan on the couch and texted his mum telling her that he had a friend over.
Dan woke up, full of confusion. He looked up and saw Phil. Dan sat up and looked around for a peace of paper. He found one and a pen and wrote down Where am I? Phil's mind filled with confusion. 'Why did Dan write down his words? Can Dan speak?' Phil asked himself. "Can you speak?" Phil asked Dan.
I can speak
"Why won't you speak to me?"
I don't speak to anyone
"Why?"
I just don't
"Are you a target because of that?"
No. It probably makes it worse though.
Dan and Phil 'talked' to eachother for a while before Dan had to leave.
